Nice bag but quite disappointed I have to say.

The item is 43cm on your website

Flat on dust bag is 64cm (fine)

The box the packing team sent in is 46cm leaving the item to crease?

While I understand the material gives and is flexible it was crammed into a box. Which is beyond frustrating now leaving dents in the bag?

Quite literally it’s been stuffed into a box, instead of just actually packaging nicely it’s been dumped in and caused damaged.

£2,000 is a lot for now a damaged bag.

AVOID!!!

I previously made several purchases through their TikTok Live and, until recently, had been a regular customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing, particularly in relation to their after-sales service.

While the team is attentive and responsive during the selling process, this standard drops significantly once a purchase has been completed. In my case, attempts to resolve an issue were met with inadequate support, which has been both frustrating and concerning.

*Poor after-sales customer service once payment is made

*Lack of clear and transparent representation of product condition during live auctions

I took the time to review TikTok’s return policy, which states that auction items may be returned if they are damaged or defective. I also ensured that my cancellation was made within the permitted timeframe. Despite this, I anticipate the seller may dispute this point, although my actions were fully in line with the stated policy.

Most concerning is the condition of the item. I paid £700 for a LV bag, which was not accurately represented during the live auction. The bag was inspected through photos, and it was found to be in a significantly damaged condition that had not been clearly disclosed.

Overall, this experience has highlighted serious issues with both transparency and customer care. I would urge prospective buyers to exercise caution before making a purchase.

1. Do auction (LIVE bidding) items have different rules?

No — this is the key point most sellers don’t make clear.

TikTok states that LIVE bidding (auction) items follow the same return and refund rules as normal products
There is no blanket “no returns on auctions” rule on TikTok itself

👉 This means auction items are not automatically non-refundable

Hello…..I’ve sold bags on this site and it’s always been ok……I recently bought a bag for the first time…from them…….and it was described as excellent…..and when it arrived …it was indeed excellent…..Exactly as described….and arrived when it said it would…..Thankyou all very much….x

Scammm!!!!!!!!!!!

Scammm, they wanna be luxury but they have low quality, I CALL THEM LUXURY WANNA BE

I bought a Chanel bag from them, i am in Europe for holidays and sent it there. On website it says up to 10 day delivery and it is still not here 20 days later. Customer service not replying to my emails and they have no idea where the bag is, on the link they provided is says it is in Uk since 3rd of December and no movement so far and today is 19th December and purchased it on 29th of November. This is absolutely ridiculous, these wanna be luxury items sellers but worse than Primark.
Customer service not replying, on the whatsapp number provided on internet, they have blocked me.
THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. BE CAREFUL AND MINDFUL. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. I WILL HAVE TO FILE FOR FRAUD AND GET MY CREDIT MONEY BACK AND GO TO SMALL COURT CLAIMS.
THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER ALTHOUGH IT IS IN THEIR CARE UNTIL THE ITEM REACHES DESTINATION. THEY ARE LIABLE FOR EVERYTHING.

The quality of the merchandise is…awful!!

The quality of the merchandise is terrible. I emailed for a return label and was told i would only get a store credit. I will not accept a store credit. The quality of the merchandise was awful. Not at all what Iwould expect for a $1800.00 purchase. Beware of this company.

Dishonest

Crooks. Old company has gone bust. Customers lost money which they will never get back. Luxe Collective has now opened up under a new name with no liability for the previous company.

Please be careful, I wouldn’t buy from them

Unfortunately, if you bought anything, the pre-dates, May 2025, you’re absolutely scuppered when it comes to getting any response from the company any invoices any copies of anything and I wouldn’t go ahead with buying anything from the new company as I think this is a scam company where they sell a whole bunch of stuff change the company name and then none of your stuff is validated or verified anymore. Really bad experience huge waste of money

Shopping with Luxe Collective has…

Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Did not return my item

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I purchased a bag with Luxe collective…

I purchased a bag with Luxe collective on the 6th May not knowing they werw closing down until they posted their statement the following day. I gave the stated time period for delivery and when the bag didn't arrive I contacted the company via the stated channels to only ever receive an AI response. I still haven't received the bag nor have I had any communication. I am now without the bag and out of pocket. For a company who were respected you would think they would want to keep that credibility should they wish to redesign themselves and come back fighting. Instead they have left me disgusted and outraged at how rude and disrespectful they have been. Im writing this to see if I'll get a human response to my questions (within my emails) although in my heart I know I won't as luxe collective have grown to appear to be heartless and after one thing 'money' which is disappointing

I have bought and sold so many bags and…

I have bought and sold so many bags and shoes to Luxe Collective and have had no issues in the past. I sold two bags of mine which was sold quiet quickly, one April 17th which I was paid 18 days later and the other was sold April 22nd. I received an email May 8th stating my refund will be paid within 3 working days! Still waiting. I only looked into this to see if anyone else had any issues and i was shocked to see so many. If id known they were closing, I wouldnt of sold them my bag. Its unfortunate for what the company has gone through since the robbery, however they need to tie up the loose ends. Leaving so many costumers out of pocket is so unfair and wrong. Can anyone help? How do i go about getting my money? They replied quiet quickly to my email first time and said they will chase it, and now they are not replying.

One of the WORST companies I have had…

One of the WORST companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They are thieving scam artists. I have sent a bag back and they are refusing to return it because they have closed down. They won't respond to any emails or messages and now the bag is with UPS and I am down a whopping amount of money, with NO BAG. I know they have had problems, but how evil can they be to take peoples money, prove refunds, but refuse to take the bags back after customer fork out so much much to ensure the bags return safely to the distribution centre. What an absolute con. I feel like going there myself and bringing the police with me to deal with these thieves.

Avoid- fraud

Avoid! They listed and item on eBay, took my money and then sent emails saying they had closed down.
My attempts to communicate with them were ignored and automatic replies about “ big demand in emails” excuses.
Clearly a scam.

Bought a bag on 04/05 not knowing they…

Bought a bag on 04/05 not knowing they are closing down . Received the bag on 08/05 . Same day they announce they are closing down . Got the bag authenticated by legitgrail , and it is fake , even the double check result returned the same . And most ridiculously , the legs of the r in a ring were so disproportionately short and LC’s specialist did not identify that . I compared this bag’s label with other LV bags I bought from LV official store and the differences are obvious.

I seriously doubt their authentication process was as professional as they claim .

But now the company is supposedly closed evening though the website is still on. I saw people’s comment saying they returned bags and did not receive refund . I didn’t feel safe returning it to them. I chose to file a Paypal dispute . I recommend you all do spend a little money to get your bags from LC authenticated for your peace of mind .
