Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

We can confirm that the parcel was originally dispatched as agreed for next-day delivery in December. We were never made aware that the parcel had never been delivered from either yourself or the courier until April 2026. We ask all clients to let us know in 72 hours if they do not receive their parcel, as this gives us the best opportunity to resolve this for them.

Now this has been raised, we immediately raised this with the courier and were informed that following a failed delivery attempt, the parcel had been marked for return but unfortunately remained within their network and was not sent back to us as expected. We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication from the courier, which meant we were not made aware of the issue sooner.

We can confirm the parcel is now safely back with us, and we are arranging a redelivery using an alternative courier to ensure a smoother experience.

Thank you for your patience, and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We do aim to be fully transparent, and the amount quoted to you is always the total you receive from the sale. The difference between this and the final selling price reflects our consignment fee, which covers services such as shipping (including potential multiple deliveries), marketing, professional cleaning, storage, and the team involved in managing and selling your item through our platform. We appreciate your feedback on this and have shared it with our team.

Regarding payment, your item completed its cooling-off period and was confirmed as sold on 15th March. Once we received your account details on 17th March, our team advised that payments are processed within a 30-day timeframe, meaning no later than 17th April. This is the maximum timeframe, and many payments are made sooner. We can confirm your payment is being processed within this window, as outlined in our Sales Agreement.
