Bought three pairs. Two of these have broken within a few weeks (arms have become detached).
Emailed customer service, no reply! Won't be purchasing again.

I am a regular customer of Luxreaders. I have always had great experience with their products and as they are so reasonably priced I have been brave enough to give different styles a try. They deliver to the UK in a few days and I am so happy to use them.

The glasses were faulty. One arm fell off as a screw must have been loose. But the truly maddening thing is being completely ignored by the customer service robots. I've complained three times, with three "tickets" being raised, and the promise of an email to address the complaint. Deafening silence from Luxreaders. So disappointing as these are stylish, attractive eyewear products.

Bought three pairs this time. Had bought one pair about 4 years ago and they have outlasted all the cheaper ones. Very happy with your glasses, fantastic quality and good value.

Go else where with your money

Received 3 pairs of glasses but 2 were faulty and didn’t sit straight on my head. Have tried multiple routes to exchange or return but the after service is non existent. 2 weeks in and not a single response. Reading other reviews it does feel a bit scamish, in that they are happy to take your money but not honour addressing any problems with your order by communicating. Will be raising a case with my bank to start an investigation as paid by CC.

These are terrific specs at a very reasonable price. The customer service is excellent, I have bought several pairs and have never been disappointed with the quality, price or service. Highly recommended.

Will definitely be ordering from luxreaders again lovely pair of reading glasses nice and light brilliant quality and design delivery was smooth great price.

AVOID THIS BRAND.

I am yet to get the glasses purchased from LuxReaders. I made the purchase 10 days ago and nothing has been shipped to either PostNord or RoyalMail. Despite repeated attempts to contact LuxReaders there is no response, only the less than helpful BOT on the website.

I am unable to cancel the order and can only now wait until the glasses may or may not arrive. Considering they are being dispatched from Denmark I am less than hopeful of getting them within the next week.

I can only return the glasses and seek a refund once I have received them. I am highly doubtful that they will be supportive of this process and no doubt I will be stuck with glasses I no longer want.

I am sad that I didn't read the other reviews on here before making the purchase.

My glasses have still not arrived after over three weeks.

The glasses are lovely, good style, good quality, very good price. I bought a second pair after I had received the first and would not hesitate to use the company again. All good.

Wanted to return but ChatBot unable to issue return label. Numerous attempts to contact but no reply. No other contact options other than ChatBot. Email does not accept messages, can't leave messages on Insta etc.

Really love Luxreaders glasses. I love the designs and coloured frames. I have several pairs of reading glasses and just purchased the sunglasses. I am very happy with the service the quick delivery from Denmark and I like the fabric case which is not bulky and east to pack. The quality is excellent. I only buy from Luxreaders now as the price is so good for the high standard of these glasses. I highly recommend.

Impossible to return items. Online returns form doesn't work. Chat option is automated no way of raising any issues with a human. Avoid at all costs
