After using for only 1 month and a half, my handset stopped working. I contacted people from luxe skin and have received very slow responses from them. They still have not sent me a new one. I am disappointed as it was actually working on my skin

LED face mask is affordable, easy to use & convenient. Just charge it & you can wear it while watching tv, reading a book or doing chores round the house.

Foul experience with this company. Had an item automatically added to my cart that I didn’t want when reaching out I was told I should have checked before paying and that I should have removed the item. I accepted that as my fault and then upon receiving the package I noticed that the product I paid extra for that I didn’t want wasn’t even included. Reached out again and am now being questioned as to why it took a week to reach out. Just be careful when ordering from this company as they will do anything but take accountability or give out an apology for charging me for a product and never sending it.

Give discount code after purchase it. Not sure why they do this instead should give it before purchase.

I recently purchased 4 packs of silicone grade A face pads - these was on offer &a bargain , can be used 15 times with care , after use skin feels fab, takes some getting used to, check out bargains & free products - I guess their way of a thank you, good quality & affordable,

Product was received promptly, but I have only used it twice and it no longer works. The product quality feels pretty poor and the shape feels wrong on my face. Wanted to love this, but it’s a big disappointment.
