Not Real. I ordered a skin and it never arrived. All the links for feedback or followup are dead links. Do not give them your money.

What happens between the walls of Lush Smiles is simply MAGIC!! From the incredibly friendly and warm staff, to the welcoming and restful decor, I felt in very good hands. It was the transformation of my skin and how it felt before and after the experience that stands out for me the most. I am 65 and feel as though I had tired dehydrated skin and after the Deluxe sculpting facial (90 mins), there was a definite plumpness to my skins appearance and it was simply just glowing with radiance and health!! The fine lines that we all have that come with age, were gently softened and in some areas had almost diminished.
The therapist whom I had was extremely experienced and this was obvious to me in the way the facial flowed from one process to the next and there was a gentleness and a firm hand where it was applicable. There were a number of different beauty tools used throughout the facial for different effects, like exfoliating, massaging, buffing and more. I would never forget to mention how relaxing the entire experience is because there's nothing quite like it!
I was asked prior to the facial if I had any problem areas with my skin, I had a reddish blemish on chin which has been there for a few years and is now less than half the size and paler. I am really happy that this is now quite unnoticeable because I was having to use concealer to dull it.
It is almost 2 weeks since magic happened to my skin and I am still feeling the wonderful effects of my rehydrated skin. Well worth the investment for my skin!

Stay away this sight is fake and customer service is terrible. The products come from temu not Australia. I tried to cancel 1 hour after placing an order and they refused. Said it was already sent. Recieved an email 4 days later saying international shipment release. I have finally recieved today and trying to return as they told me I could return it but now they are saying it is exempt from return. Asked them for their abn but they refused to give me this information. Have put a complaint into ombudsman without it

The serum doesn't come out onto the microneedling roller. Tried holding it upside down and shaking it. Even tried sitting the bottle/vial in warm water and it still doesn't come out. By the time you have rolled over your face twice your skin is so sore cos there is just no serum coming out. Bad design. So glad I didn't order more than 6 weeks set.

Very easy to order, I had an issue when ordered and they sorted it straight away for me! Arrived few days later! I had no issues using the roller or with the serum! Skin feels lovely!

DO NOT USE Lux skin infusion kit - doesn’t work. Needles make ur skin sore but the solution doesn’t come out. As a result I had allergic reaction. The company said 90 day money back guarantee if not statisffied- but are expecting me to post back to china and pay postage costs.
This is a scam and not a money back guarantee at all!!

First time buyer from seeing on social media. It didn’t take too long but since it was advertised as LuxSkin Australia I was surprised yet not to see it shipped from China. However, arrived in great condition, packaged well. Have completed first microinfusion session tonight and not painful. Feels quite nice, slightly prickly. You need to shake the serum bottle now and then to make sure it’s on the microneedle head. When I finished the allotted time, quite a bit of serum was left in the bottle so I applied it generously to my face, neck, décolletage and my arms. Facial skin is slightly red, feel tight and tingly to start with and hot. I used a good quality barrier cream afterwards with no active ingredients and skin heat and tingles soothed quickly. Face still feels tight but that is good. Will see how my 6 weeks go. My free ultrasonic facial tool arrived as well, charged fine and I will use tomorrow. This Aussie chick is quite happy with her order, delivery and product use.

I have just ordered the needling kit, good price I thought, however at check out all these added costs "tacked on. When trying to cancel a couple of "
free items" I couldnt I was forced to remove myself from the website. I did manage to log in on my mobile but still the $59.00 purchase ended up to be $82.00. I did pay it but was not happy, will not be buying from this website again. I hope I recieve my purchase on time.

I have used the Lux Micro Infusion twice now and I love it! Nice easy instructions. It’s a little stingy when doing it and your face can become a little red afterwards but that’s to be expected. The little tiny needles are infusing the gorgeous Lux serum into the top layer of your skin. I’m really happy with the results once my skin had settled. This takes one day. Happy customer and happy with the affordable price of this product. Thank you :-)

I have reached out to Lux several times prior to leaving this review. I placed an order and received email on August 28 saying it had shipped. On September 2, received update that pkg was sent back due to delivery failure? I emailed them at this time asking what happened. Stated it was sent to warehouse and would reattempt delivery. Well here it is Sept 14 and no delivery and I am getting the same automated responses. I have asked for a telephone number so that I can speak with someone. No avail. At this point if I don’t receive a refund I will file a dispute with my bank. Their communication is very lacking. I do not recommend!!

Terrible!!! Got told with any purchase a free neck and face sculptor was included! So I went ahead! Then package arrives & no free gift & then the denied the promotion ever existed!

While I can't give a one star for the product itself I am giving a 1 star on my missing order. It has been weeks and the company keeps stringing me along stating they are waiting for their courier regarding reshipment of my missing order. So be cautious when ordering you may not receive all your order!!!

Calmed my anxieties and explained everything to me in a professional caring manner, i look forward to shopping more on your website.

I’ve emailed customer service three times in the past 8 days. Still no response.

Received package, no free device as advertised.
Didn't see anywhere the currency, so when I made purchase I expected $90, and $120 came off card. Was told this was due to being US pricing.
Was unable to track package.

Will update review later based on actual use of device.

I have not received my item despite being told it’s delivered.

Unfortunately lux skincare use yodel to deliver in the UK and yodel have delivered my parcel to a completely different address.
They took a picture of the delivery and it is not my property!!!

I have picture evidence to show this but yodel will no longer engage and say lux have to act on my behalf and lux seem to just believe yodel.

I have just now emailed lux again with picture evidence to show the address Yodel delivered to CANNOT POSSIBLY be mine.
But now I have to wait.
I am over £100 down in money with nothing to show for it and seriously disappointed and stressed that I’m chasing this up everyday and getting nowhere.

I also paid the £2.99 delivery insurance which right now is pointless as Yodel are insisting it was delivered!

I agree that Yodel have delivered. The problem is they did not deliver it to my address!!

So gutted about this.

I’d read so many bad reviews of the delivery process and I thought surely that can’t be right. They must just be one off unfortunate events - but now I’m one of those people.

I recently purchased the Lux Micro Infusion kit and I'm genuinely impressed. Fantastic results.
The only issue I have with this company is the ridiculously long delivery time, however it's worth it.
