J’ai vu l’annonce sur FB j’ai voulu surfer sur le site on m’a demandé le nom et l’adresse pour continuer à surfer et voir le prix, après j’ai renoncé sans rien commander mais malheureusement j’ai reçu un e-mail d’une commande qui sort de n’importe où, j’ai tout de suite répondu que je n’ai rien commandé et je suis pas prête à recevoir une commande que je n’ai pas faite, mais malgré ça ils m’ont envoyé le paquet que je dois retourner en payant de ma poche les frais de transport, malgré tous ça ils relance le paiement en disant que je n’ai rien retourné.
Vraiment une catastrophe que je n’oublierais jamais, faites attention ne jamais donner vos coordonnées personnelles à n’importe qui.

I am so sick and tired of this company threatening me with a lawsuit for a product I never ordered! I wish there was a way to file a class action suit against them for harrassment! I feel sad for anyone who caved and sent them money! It will not be me!

Katastrophe!!
Habe ein Produkt bestellt und es wurden mir zwei berechnet. Das habe ich logischerweise nicht bezahlt. Auch vieles diskutieren durch Mailkontakt blieb erfolglos. Nach mehreren Mahnungen gings bis zum Inkassobüro. EINFACH NUR ABZOCKE!!! FINGER WEG!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They sent me an eyelash growth which I didn't order, with a bill of £54.90 which I didn't pay. They sent me reminders and noe theyre threatening to take me to court. I really dont know what to do. I'm stressing out so much.

No star in mean this company is threatening to sue me for wat I haven't a clue. I don't. Need this nonsense right now as my little sisters funeral tomorrow absolutely disgusting

I had a quick look at their website to see the black head removers saw it was too expensive and left the website two weeks later I get some in the mail that I never asked for and definitely didn't order, it came with an invoice of $30 and now I owe "$50" because of a late fee for something I didn't order. I am disgusted and they won't reply to my emails.

Ik zag een advertentie staan op internet en toen heb ik even op de site gekeken. Ik wou een paar producten kopen maar toen kon ik niet via iDeal betalen op dat moment met mijn telefoon. Dus besloot ik dat de producten niet zo bijzonder waren en dat ik de producten dus niet hoefde te hebben. Ik sloot de site af op mijn telefoon, maar al mijn gegevens waren gelijk opgeslagen. Toen ik terug kwam van vakantie zat er opeens een pakketje in mijn brievenbus met de producten er in die ik bekeken had. En niet te missen een factuur van bijna 90 euro. Dat was even schrikken aangezien ik nooit de bestelling had geplaatst en ik al helemaal geen factuur in de bus wou hebben. Ik besloot een mail te sturen met hier in de vraag of ik de producten terug kon sturen omdat ik er van uit ging dat het een foutje was. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk en dat kan ik ook begrijpen. Wat ik alleen niet kon begrijpen is dat er gezegd was dat ik inderdaad de spullen retour kon doen maar dan wel zelf de verzendkosten mocht betalen. Aangezien ik in Nederland woon zijn die verzendkosten naar Denemarken erg hoog. 9 euro en 30 cent om precies te zijn. Dat was nog meer schrikken. Ik had een mail gestuurd maar er werd niet geluisterd. Uiteindelijk heb ik het pakket op de post gedaan en de verzendkosten betaald omdat ik anders over het aantal dagen kwam dat het pakket geretoured mocht worden. Ik vond het heel jammer dat er zomaar een pakket toegestuurd is en ik geef vergoeding krijg voor de verzendkosten wanneer ik zelf al aanbied om het pakket terug te sturen.

Scam. They lure young children with problem prone skin to order treatments. The terms and conditions are unclear. My son believed he was applying for a free trial. They arrived with an extortionate invoice, I have been trying to return the items and have been thrown a number of curve balls. The reminders keep coming with charges being applied for the unpaid invoice. The are despicable and do not seem to comprehend that my son has no legal capacity to enter into any kind of binding contract with them. I shall be approaching trading standards and interestingly I have been advised to contact the police as the activities of this company may be construed as fraudulent.

few month ago i went onto a fb link and i wanted to see these items that makes your eyelashes grow , I had to provide my details in order to do that, after seeing how expensive it is i closed the tab without ordering any . I then received an email thanking me for my order and i sent back an email saying it was a mistake . they then said i can send back the item and i did that ..after a month they tell me they haven't received it and today i just received a letter saying they will take me to court in 5 days. the cost is $100 with additional $30 for being overdue . I do not know what to do and they are stressing me , can somebody pleassee tell what happens if you ignore after they send a final notice, do you really go to court ?? i need to know ASAP

Same situations to those people giving bad feedback.recieving items which I didn't order and asking me to pay at first I send back the item to them and still receiving invoice for the item that I already sent back. And threatening me. What to do please advice?

These people are nothing more than scams they've been harassing me for the last 3 months on a product which they sent me and I didn't pay for and they want £94 from me. Relieved To see that I'm not the only one whom this happened to. They need to be sued.

SICK OF THIS COMPANY SENDING ME STUFF THAT I HAVE NOT ORDERED AND THREATENING LEGAL ACTION. IVE SENT GOODS BACK 3 TIMES AND THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME LETTERS OF THREATS. SICK OF IT. ALL MY CHILDREN WHO ARE 15 AND 16 HAVE SAID THEY HAVE NOT ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM. THIS IS NOT ONLY STRESSFUL BUT HAS COST ME HEAPS IN POSTAGE FROM NEW ZEALAND EACH TIME

Final reminder: $49.85 for a eyelash extensions sample + 3 x $10 late penalty fee's! Never received any invoices before this. Also threatening with Dept collection if not payed in 10 days!

Absolute scam, got sent items I didn't even order and the letters saying that is I didn't pay for the items they would take legal action against me, obviously this never happened and they have no leg to stand on.

SCAM! They send you invoice before you even order or accept your order! try to avoid any contact with these disrespectful people!

My wife checked this site out "just clicked" on the site. No emails given or credit card info given." After 2 weeks she's been getting stupid snail mail "Reminders" of an invoice she never purchased or received. Now its just Second reminders/ third reminders... this is called harassment. I do find it funny how they keep saying we purchased something, when we have no record or proof on our credit card statement of any charge (cause if was never given). Come on man, really? I Advised anyone to stay away from clicking this company ads/ website.

Unprofessional uneducated company that isnt even registered legally there business which means thats its against the law to sell or take money from people also they committed fraud.
They have been caught out around the world and still continue to send items.
They have been issued with letters and court orders from police and federal government and still continue to talk lies.
Scamming unprofessional uneducated fraudulent clowns.

Scam. They send you unsolicited product with no agreement to purchase or payment information and invoice you for it later, threatening with collection agencies if you do not pay within 14 days. The also charge a $5.00 "invoice fee". Haha.

This company has sent me products I've seen on ads through fb but I've never ordered! I've just received a reminder letter stating I had to pay $84 for 2 small products and a $10 late fee! I assure you I will never buy anything that expensive from an unknown company. Big fat scam.
