This is the second time I have posted a review about this Company. I am taking the time (again) because they need to be exposed and stopped - in my opinion.
I too abandoned their website after searching for a price online, deciding against purchasing. They sent the product anyway despite me sending an email advising them not to. I endured months of threatening letters demanding money that continued to escalate.
Eventually they referred the matter to an Australian Debt Collection Agency and I received a letter of demand from them. I phoned the Debt Collectors to discuss the problem and after giving them my reference number they immediately transferred me to the person handling the matter. She was not interested in hearing my story (I guess she has heard it so many times before!) She just informed me that the matter would be wiped from the record. It appears to me that these agencies are aware of this Company and the way it operates. I encourage everyone who has been lured into this web of deceit to stay strong and not pay them - stick to your principles and don't give in! In my experience they are not being validated or supported by reputable Debt Collection Agencies.

I was considering buying the product and had gone as far as to enter my personal information and then changed my mind and closed the tab. I got an email saying it was shipped and that I now either have to pay for it or deal with return shipping. I find this policy unfair since I CHOSE not to proceed in the transaction and they knowing that decide to try and trap you with it. While maybe helping their profits, its not a all a consumer friendly policy.

So I was interested in purchasing the "Blackhead Killer" face mask. I went on the website to see how much it was going to cost, so I put in my address in order to see how much it would cost with shipping. I found it far too expensive and decided not to buy it. WELL APPARENTLY you don't need to type in your credit card for them to charge you!! I was billed an invoice for almost $50!!!

NOT HAPPY. Who does that?! I am not new to online shopping and I have NEVER seen this before. This is absolutely insane.

Ich war mit dem Produkt Quickmax nicht zu 100% zufrieden, da man nur minimale Verbesserung der Wimperndichte feststellen konnte und diese auch sofort verschwand, sobald man das Produkt 1-2 Tage nicht verwendet.

Bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit QuickMax ... leider habe ich nur 1 Stück gekauft und da ich aber die Hälfte verschüttet habe, konnte ich nur ein bisschen mehr Wimpern und eine leicht Brauen Verdichtung bemerken!
Denke aber, wenn man dieses Produkt länger oder öfter nimmt/anwendet, ist auch mehr sichtbar!

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Habe mich auf der Homepage über einen Artikel 'Blackhead Killer' informiert. Um die Preise zu sehen musste ich meine Adresse angeben. Naiv wie ich war tat ich das auch. Als dann das Produkt für über 40€ anstatt der auf Facebook beworbenen 29€ angezeigt wurde, überlegte ich es mir anders und schloss das Fenster. Ich habe keinen gültigen Kaufvertrag abgeschlossen. Trotzdem kam ein paar Tage später ein Päckchen mit dem Produkt und der Rechnung. Mail an den Kundendienst, keine Chance. Nur vorgefertigte Phrasen von 'gültige Bestellung im System verbucht' und Co. Dann habe ich erst mal abgewartet bis die ersten Mahnungen kamen. Dachte mir, okay, dann spiele ich mal mit und schicke die Ware im gültigen Zeitraum von 90 Tagen mit Nutzung der Zufriedenheitsgarantie zurück. Zettel mit ausdrücklichem Verweis darauf im Päckchen beigelegt und auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt. Dann kam eine E-Mail dass sie meine Rücksendung erhalten haben aber kein Zettel dabei war. Wie wüssten sie denn aber sonst, dass das Päckchen von mir war?? Völlig unseriös, unkooperativ und eine reine Betrugsmasche.

Complete Scam

This company is a complete scam company. Like others, I clicked a link to view a product. The price was not visible without registering your email address and address. I did so, viewed the price, found it to be ABSURDLY overpriced, and closed the window. Not giving it a second thought. A few weeks later, I received a package in the mail. We are currently living as expats, so when the mailman arrived with a handful of packages, I assumed they were from home. I had to pay 40CHF in import fees for this package (common when receiving things from home.) When I opened it, I had no idea why I would be receiving it, and assumed it was a free sample, or a promotion from the page to drum up my business. I did not provide a credit card, so clearly had not intended to make a purchase. A few weeks later (AFTER their "14 day return period") I received an invoice. I emailed the company, telling them I had not made a purchase, and they informed me something like "we do not ship products without a legal purchase" or some nonsense. I disagreed, and offered to return the item, which they declined. I've already paid 40CHF in fees, and now they are invoicing me for 108CHF for a product that I DID NOT ORDER. What frauds. This complaint is all over the internet, so clearly I am not the only person with this issue. I will not pay. I am happy to work with the company to return their product at their expense, but if they expect payment from me, they are welcome to speak with my lawyers (who have also advised that this company is a scam, and to disregard all communications with them.)

So I clicked on the ad via Facebook ,fill in my details as I was impressed bout their so called quick max mascara that makes your lashes grow , then halfway through seeing how much the product was i immediately logged out and never went back in ,now I'm recieving emails threating to blacklist me requesting payment of R1322.10 for 2 quick max , I mean am I that crazy to even order 2 of something I'll be using for the 1st time .now they say I have 10 days to pay or face legal action .ontop of that they are telling me they shipped the product to my destination of which I've never recieved it. just what kind of stupid company ships something to a destination without payment .I do online shopping and nothing, I mean nothing has ever been shipped without payment.people pls I need help on dealing with this fraudsters. do I pay them to get them off my back or what do I do ?my issue is how can I pay for the product that is claimed to have been shipped whereas I have not yet recieved it , upon my payment will they deliver it .what kind of company is this ,I mean they had the audacity to ship something without my consent and demand payment why don't they just reverse it since have not yet recieved it, I mean it should be easy for them because it's their company .HELP PLEASE....

Ensin epäröin tilauksen tekoa, mutta päätin kokeilla ja yllätyin, että sain tilaamani tuotteen postissa. Innolla odottelen eroa ripsissäni ja suosittelen tuotetta muillekkin mikäli toimii omissa.

Do not ever buy from this company, they are a scam. If you as much as open the site, put in your address and maybe stop halfway your purchase, the next thing is you'll get this product in your mailbox. I decided to pay for this product when I saw it in my mailbox even though I was really sure I didn't complete the purchase online.
The next month, they sent me a different delivery for double the price of the first one which is €176, I didn't want this product because the first set I bought were not doing what it promised, my eyelashes were still the same so I immediately sent back the second one.
They kept sending me bills even though I told them I sent back their products. They said even though I returned the goods, I still had to pay for the goods. I was told I signed a 3months contract and I don't even know how this happened.
Please nobody should purchase from this website, they are complete scam and want to only take your money.
