The journey from Rotorua was on time and comfortable. The driver was competent and communicative. She advised us we would be stopping in Tīrau for a change of coach but that we would also be having a comfort/coffee stop at Taupiri, which we looked forward to. The second driver was also competent but there was no communication and we drove straight paste Taipei. That was disappointing! Otherwise good service and communication from the company on the whole. We shall use again

The Driver was fabulous, courteous, organised and efficient.
I had a bad experience with Air NZ and I just really needed to get home. I got off the flight, through customs and was on the shuttle by 6.30pm and home before 9.30pm - fabulous.

Annabel was a great host and driver, on time, easy and took all the stress out of it, Ive used Luxury shuttles a number of times as a frequent traveller, both Airport shuttle and private and they have been excellent.

The drivers were so professional and also very kind. Door to door service, on time and lovely clean shuttles.
