Sucks beyond all belief

Waiting 45 mins for the 27b outside Connolly station on a Monday morning. The text arrival display kept indicating the 27b bus has arrived but never showed up. The most vulnerable and old people waiting to go to beaumont hospital for iv or appointments were basically standing in the rain until I rang Dublin bus. After 5 mins pressing different options for Irish/English,different departments,different everthing that has no business being on a phone I finally got through. I was on phone for another 8 mins on hold. After speaking to customer service personnel one bus arrived 5 mins later. No accountability, bus driver ignored my querying on lateness. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. The displays are just a digital recordings of what time should arrive at. 40yrs out of date.

Avoid bus 11. Sunday, 9th of august, it was 2 hours late, no notification, NOTHING. It’s a pattern that this bus is late all the time though, usually 30 minutes late!

I am a wheelchair user and a few minutes ago I heard a beep and a driver on C1 on Sandymount Road checked if I wanted to get on .I was stopped on the road checking emails …. How kind of that driver.please pass on my thanks

Rude, unprofessional and latee

We are waiting for the 24 bus to the airport, for about one hour . The timetable showed two buses . The first one never came and the second one passed and never stoped . Are you serious people ??? We wanna catch a flight, not go for a coffee

Disgraceful service. Business as usual, no improvements ever. Driving like snails

Buses rarely come at the time they’re supposed to and frequently cancelled last minute

41 due to leave its origin at 8.50 yet has failed to do so the last two weeks. Leaves at 8.54/8.55

On a 41 from town I was told to get off two stops early as the driver decided that he wanted to end the journey so that he could go to the bathroom. I, including an elderly couple and a woman with a pram and three children, had to walk those last two bus stops in the blistering heat.

The service as a whole is woeful and deserves some serious attention.

The live tracking is the most useless thing on earth . Ghost busses , disappearing busses and busses appearing completely randomly after you waalked away

I had no change I lost it and it was dark and the bus driver wouldn’t let me on

Buses dirty inside.They never been cleaned for ages looks like.Did they even have cleaning staff 🤔 Discussing dirty smelly

HOW ABOUT GET UR BUS ON TIME AND DONT CANCEL ABOUT 10 BUSES IN A ROW😡😡😡😡😡YES IM TALKING ABOUT THE N4 and W4 AND THE BUS DRIVERS ARE RUDE HE SCWASH ME. IN THE DOOR AND DIDNT SAY SORRY🤬🤬🤬🤬

Unreliable bus service

The most unengaging driver. Number 11 at 11:30 at the Embassy of Malta stop.

We choose to walk rather than give a cent to this useless company.

More buses that do not appear. Digital signage at stop incorrect as is the app. A terrible terrible service.

A fantastic experience left my bag on the h3 bus got it back today such a fantastic man behind the counter with a sense of humour so grateful to Dublin bus and all involved

Honestly so disappointing. Bus drivers can't even show up on time

Today, 28th of May, I waited 50 minutes for the 15 bus—from 6:20pm to 7:10pm. This is completely unacceptable.
The issue is not the schedule itself, but the misleading information. Multiple buses were shown as arriving on the screen, yet four of them were effectively cancelled—they simply disappeared one after another. This left passengers waiting with no warning or explanation.
This is extremely frustrating and unfair. I am currently pregnant and could have chosen an alternative route, but I relied on the information provided. Because the buses kept appearing on the screen, I stayed and waited—only to be repeatedly let down.
This level of unreliability and lack of accurate real-time information is not acceptable, especially for people who depend on this service daily.

Number 13 bus on the app as running. Then when it gets to the time it’s supposed to arrive 2 buses are cancelled.

What is the point in running an app when the information is always wrong. No wonder everyone drives in Dublin - NO
CONSISTENCY

Gotta be the worst transport In Ireland.
