A big thank you to both Gabbie and Syed for resolving the issue. This is why we have been booking many wonderful Luxury escape packages since 2015 and will do so for many years to come.
I had an issue regarding meals for my flights. I spoke to Chanchal, who said she would sort out the problem and get back to me. She got back in touch, added on the meals and resolved the issue. I was very impressed with her service.
I have booked accommodation packages and flights with Luxury Escapes over the course of the past few years. My experience with them has always been consistently outstanding. My latest with Holly H has seen that continue and I couldn't be more appreciative of the assistance she extended to be in reorganising my accommodation in Dubai. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxury Escapes and my loyalty to them will continue in the future due to their exceptional customer services.
Holly H was fantastic- able to answer my enquiry and help sort an issue instantly.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Luxury Escapes. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I expected far better support, compassion and customer service.
Due to a serious and unexpected medical situation involving my young daughter, we were no longer able to travel. I provided medical evidence and clearly explained the circumstances, yet Luxury Escapes offered no meaningful assistance, no credit, no refund, and no real attempt to support us during a very stressful time.
I understand that bookings may have terms and conditions, but exceptional circumstances should be handled with care and flexibility — especially when loyal customers are involved. Instead, the response felt cold, dismissive and completely lacking in empathy.
The only options provided were to either lose the full amount, travel despite my child being medically unfit, or attempt a name change that was not even guaranteed. That is incredibly disappointing.
This experience has completely changed the way I view Luxury Escapes. I no longer feel confident booking through them, especially for overseas travel or family holidays where unexpected medical issues can arise. Their customer service has left me feeling unsupported and undervalued.
I would strongly caution others to think carefully before booking non-refundable packages through Luxury Escapes, because when something genuinely serious happens, you may be left with no support at all.

I was only on hold for short time before being passed onto Sarah B in relation to tipping in Vietnam & Cambodia.
Sarah was easy to understand and response was quick and simple along with an email sent to confirm requirements.

I had booked a river cruise booked with Luxury Escapes and due to the current conflict was feeling very overwhelmed and anxious to travel overseas. We requested a credit to use at a later date - after a few emails and phone calls Nicole H took it over and made it happen

Traveling to a war zone.
There is currently a war on in the middle east but that seems to have escaped the Lux Esc team. I called to ask the status of my flight and was passed onto a flight support who told me all is well.
I looked at the airlines website and they are offering refunds, and I would have thought a flight support person would have been aware of that. I told the operator this and they confirmed. Frankly, I would have thought they should be calling me as smart traveller states its cat 4 and no travel or transit.
I have asked the operator to investigate alternate flight options and await their response.
You never know the quality of the service until you need it.

Luxury escapes do all the hard work for me scouting top end resorts with extra free benefits so I can easily book thru there platform instead of having to scout thru hundreds of resorts / hotels in other platforms & only get accommodation with no extras

We have always found the company to be very helpful with all our dealings, But Darcy R was an exceptional person who understood what we are currently gong through with our finances or lack there of. He was very empathetic and understanding and kind to our situation.
