Very good communication and helpful.

Unfortunately there were some hiccups at the beginning of our booking ( probably due to the Middle East situation) which were rectified by the team manager, who was delightful.

Very very good Excellent! My tour guide was awesome very good to have him And he explained everything in a very interesting and engaging way I strongly recommend this tour

The trip was fantastic - good itinerary and well organised, and Jay was a fantastic tour leader. We saw a lot of the country and a variety of the key historical places. There are some long periods in the bus on some days, but this is to be expected to cover the ground we did. Would recommend!

The South Korea tour was a wonderful introduction to the country’s culture and history. Our guide, Jay, gave detailed information about each site and the reasons for its inclusion on the tour.

I identified issues re my booking. I believe it was due to numerous operators attending my booking and not a designated agent. The issues I had were resolved satisfactorily.

Mike Rice was our tour guide for the past 22 days. Mikes knowledge, organisation made every day enjoyable and stress-free. Mike was always helpful, patient, and ensured everyone felt included. I would highly recommend him if you were to go on another tour.

We did Jordan with Mohammad. I only thought there was Petra Treasury but there was so much more to see & experience. Mohammad was very informative & enthusiastic making it fun but also looking after us. Would highly recommend this tour with Mohammad.

We are 6 days away from joining our 6 Dazy Easter Island Tour with Inspiring Vacations and all we have received are 2 etickets to Easter Island and return to Santiago. I have tried calling and emailing IV and all I receive in broken english is sorry. The phone calls end in hanging up due to congestion apparently and call backs never happen after leaving a message. This company is delinquent in their approach to clients with a genuine problem. I would never ever travel or recommend this organise this travel company to anyone. Unfortunately we have reserved to travel on 2 upcoming tours to South America, 6 Day Easter Island & 19 Day South America Tour starting Tuesday 21 April.

The itinerary and particularly our guide Mike Rice. Mike was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He always gave good advice and made our holiday the best ever.

My friend and i just returned from the 20 day China tour. It was rated as "balanced" but with our older (mostly 70's) group (16 dwindling to 10 at the end) felt a little busy at times. Our main guide "Christina" was excellent, and "Michael" was also good, with the short tours with local guides variable. It is essential in China to have a Chinese guide helping you through the multiple checkpoints and searches, as english is not commonly spoken there, even in the tourist areas. The hotels were all very luxurious, with the city ones being inconveniently out in the suburbs and the smaller towns (notably Guilin and Yangsho) being great locations right in the thick of things. Taking high speed trains rather than flights or buses when possible was great. We hit all our the 'bucket list" sights in China and this was a trip to remember, for sure.
Our only complaint was with the Inspiring Vacations staff before the trip. I was unable to fill in any forms online or get any update emails or use the Traveller Hub (which i was directed to every time i had a question) since i was not the "primary traveller". Getting phone answers for necessary visa information was like pulling teeth, we got different answers from different people and if the rules hadn't changed, could have meant i missed the trip entirely. Also, although i questioned multiple times about hiring help with luggage due to a recently diagnosed injury, i ended up needing constant help from fellow passengers as this had not been communicated to our guides in China. Likewise, my companion had been told there would be no problem accommodating her vegetarian diet - but this came as a complete surprise to all our guides and often meant she had nothing to eat except a few side dishes.

Staff, Tori, was very helpful and there was no pressure to book.
However, the travel plans received subsequently were generic and didn’t account for the extra days booked. This would have been ok if the flight info form hadn’t asked for specific dates, not being able to talk with Tori made it difficult to clarify. Being able to coomunicate directly with Tori for at least the next 7 days would have been very helpful.

We just booked the n a whim but it was a very simple and easy process. Their follow up with confirmation was great as well

Shocker!!! We booked 1 tour including Finland and Norway cruise but no transfers were included between hotel and the boat in the middle or boat and hotel on the last night of the tour. We had to organise it ourselves. Many of our group got middle and upper level rooms on the boat, ( verified no upgrade was paid for) but 2 of us got lower level at the very front on the boat so the seasickness was crippling. And no response for days.
Never again !!

The promptness of Ronnie getting in touch to answer questions prior to booking was so helpful.
The only reason this is not 5 stars for booking process is because the Flight booking form could be improved.

Reviewing our South Korean 5 days tour, after 14 days in Japan via Inspiring Vacations.

Justin Choi, our guide, mentor & wrangler managed a group mingled with a few other providers of South Korean tours. He was energetic, patient and fun. Justin taught us more about Korea and history than I’d expected on tour. He never seemed to run out of answers or suggestions.

The tour hotels were in general comfortable and locations made it easy to get to places to eat. Some of the tourist destinations at first a bit too artificial. My opinion improved after one of the movies Justin showed, helping me understand more of the pride Koreans have in their history, both ancient and the recent struggles of the 20th century.

Was told I was getting a full credit refund on the phone then they sent email saying I would only get 50%

Great tour, very well organised to show us this beautiful country. Only six days, not enough but Justin provided an excellent overview. Justin is a professional, knowledgeable tour guide, helpful all the way, five stars for him and another five for the bus driver, exceptionally safe and trustworthy.
