Yes, paint arrived promptly. I was pleased with the colours I chose. Everything was securely wrapped. Service was very good. No complaints at all. Paint was Farrow and Ball.

Paint was delivered whilst I was out and box left out in the open by the delivery company and completely wrecked by the rain. I know you may argue “we market and sell the paint we don’t actually do the delivery”. However who makes the delivery and how they do it is something you do have control over - he who pays the piper calls the tune. Very unimpressed with the overall service.

The delivery came pretty fast but was delivered to the wrong address. Just found the paint by coincidence.

(This was originally a 1 star review - and Luxury Paint did eventually get me a refund on the twice defective product, I didn't have to fight particularly hard for this to be fair, but it did take a while. In the interest of transparency / speed I've put the update at the top and left the review as it was originally).

Questionable product quality, poor service. 

Bought 2x ~£100 5 ltr tins of different Zoffany colours - Como Blue and Serpentine.

Serpentine went up fine looks good, but the second was full of white lumps and smelled very bad. Called for a replacement on Tuesday, they asked for pictures etc, said they'd try to get to me for Wednesday and send me the tracking number, but if not then Thursday before 12. Didn't receive tracking number. Paint didn't arrive Thursday at all. Called again. Said definitely Friday. Friday comes (incidentally, delivered but no one rang the bell so discovered paint on doorstep a while later).

When we got the replacement paint we stirred it thoroughly using drill attachment, also has lots of small white lumps but they were smaller, not as many, and didn't smell... Didn't want to book the decorator for another day so we put it up on the wall and picked the lumps out as we go. We didn't get them all out and I'm still touching it up this week.

The people I spoke to on the phone were perfectly pleasant, but not actually able to help much, and my emails during the incident and after have mostly gone unanswered. The fact the problem repeated doesn't say much for their quality assurance processes.

Ultimately a very expensive and frustrating failure between very expensive paint and under utilised handyman / decorator that I had to pay.
