Great balance between old fashioned quality of service and modern convenience. We first came across Tony and Meryl at Malvern garden show displaying a style of garden chairs we had been looking for, these fitted the bill not only in old fashion style ,but also built with modern materials with longevity in mind. Product and service perfect. Highly recommended.

Tony & Meryl came to our home to show us their products and choice of colours. Their chairs are well made, very robust, look great, and are maintenance free. Just what we wanted! They then delivered to us at our chosen date. We are delighted to buy from an independent company, who provide great service and a guaranteed product. Thank you LuxWood!

Aside from the fact these are absolutely superb chairs delivery was included. When we discovered where they were coming from as luck would have it we had purchased a heavy trough nearby ... so we asked if we could pay extra for Luxwood to collect en route and deliver at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble ... and when they delivered our trough with the two Luxwood chairs they refused to accept any extra payment ... saying simply that it was no trouble and they would have been disappointed if we had not asked. In short - a generous-minded company you can deal with who go above and beyond. A BIG thank you.

The furniture was of a high quality and the Adirondak chairs were comfortable ( not all such products are as easy to get out of)
The chairs were delivered promptly and we were kept advised of progress with our order

The chairs are great, as described. Delivery was first rate with good advance communication from Tony and Meryl

Excellent service and communication. The products are wonderful, comfortable to sit on and look amazing.

I have just taken delivery of my fabulous table and chairs. The order process from start to finish is extremely easy and Meryl and Tony are very helpful. I cannot fault their service, even down to delivering the order themselves. I would definitely recommend LuxWoodPatio and their very very low maintenance table and chairs.

Really happy with my chair and foot stool. Great quality product which will last through a Lancashire winter. Super service from LuxWood Patio in terms of delivery - arrange at my convenience and spot on time. Can't wait for the sun to come and I can relax in my garden with a great product.

Absolutely fantastic service
The chairs are fantastic
Sturdy , comfortable and very attractive
I’m from the Adirondacks and I vouch for the wonderful family who make these chairs

We have just purchased our second set of Adirondack chairs plus side table from Tony and Merryl.
Our first set has spent the last 18 months outside in all weathers by the coast and still looks like new. A brilliant product, very robust that is made with recycled plastic but looks just like wood. Tony and Merryl deliver and set up the chairs personally. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, no doubt we’ll order again!

We've been looking around for Adirondack chairs for quite a while and these match our requirements perfectly. Extremely comfortable, great looking and sustainable. Leave them outdoors all year round and they still look like new. The service from Meryl and Tony was second to none. I would definitely deal with this company again

We met Tony and Meryl at The Malvern Autumn Show where we finally made a decision on which chairs to order for our new patio. They were both so helpful and friendly and after placing the order they personally delivered them a week later. The chairs are great quality and look beautiful. They are so comfortable (without the hassle of cushions!). Would definitely recommend for product and service.

We were looking for high quality, low maintenance outdoor chairs with stand out looks for our pergola. Luxwood offer a range of outdoor furniture that is striking, distinctive, highly durable and which we did not find anywhere else in the marketplace.

Encouraged by the first class reviews, we placed an order. From the outset, the communications received from Tony and Meryl, the charming and super helpful owners of the company, were excellent - we were kept fully informed throughout.

When our order was available, the owners delivered our items to us personally, even placing them in position and adding further value by offering lots of tips about how to keep them looking pristine.

Our chairs, side table and footstools are simply stunning- they definitely have the wow factor and make a real statement. They are also sturdy and excellent quality.

We are delighted with our furniture and could not recommend Luxwood more highly.

We met Meryl at the Southport flower show when we were drawn in my the eco friendly chairs on offer.

Meryl was an absolute pleasure to meet and discuss our wants and needs for our garden furniture. There was no pressure to buy, just a nice conversation along with allowing us to try the chairs for a good while before taking the plunge and making a purchase.

It was a quick delivery, not quite 10 days if I remember correctly, and it was a pleasure to have seen them again and have a nice chat about our garden plans and general life.

We've not had the chance to sit on them much due to the weather, but we absolutely love them! We hope to have the garden done before Christmas, so I'll upload photos to show the chairs off in much nicer surroundings than they're currently in.

Thanks Merely and Tony for a great experience, wonderful product, and for having met you both. It has been a pleasure.

We met Tony and Meryl at our local flower show. They were exhibiting their range of garden furniture made from recycled plastic bottles!! The garden chairs were identical to those we had seen on holiday on the east coast of America and Canada. Since then we had always wished we could purchase them here in the UK and so we did. Tony and Meryl delivered the furniture within days of placing our order. The furniture and the personalised customer service, in our opinion, is second to none. Quality, quality, quality!!
Thank you Tony & Meryl.

We absolutely love our Adirondack chairs. They are clearly well made, sturdy, beautiful and comfortable! In fact I will shortly be ordering two more. Tony and Meryl were kind and prompt with delivery - bringing it themselves on the weekend. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish - we first saw product at RHS Malvern show and ordered a couple of months later because of the brilliant product. The service at ordering and delivery was amazing too - efficient and professional but personal too ! Highly recommended

We saw the 2 chairs and side table we purchased at our local Garden Show. We were so pleased with them as they require no maintenance and can stay out all year. The folding design is just perfect and we chose the driftwood grey to fit in with our grey weathered teak furniture. Tony and Meryl kept us informed and as promised, delivered our set in time for our planned garden party. I recommend both the product and the excellent service.
