High quality beautiful colourful chairs and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I'm absolutely delighted with the Adirondack chair that I ordered from LuxWood Patio having seen and sat on one at the Malvern Show. It is really comfortable, looks good, made of recycled materials and can be left outside all year round. Tony and Meryl provided superb customer service. I ordered the chair on a Friday and it was delivered the next Tuesday and that was with a Bank holiday in between. The chair was taken to exactly where I will use it. There was no packaging for me to dispose of. I was kept fully informed about the delivery. A great customer experience. I will enjoy the chair for many years to come.

We have been looking for patio furniture for some time. At the Malvern Spring Garden Show we discovered these excellent chairs. Made of recycled plastic they need no on-going maintenance and can be left out all the year round. Importantly they are very comfortable. Tony & Meryl easy people to deal with. Great product.

Couldn’t have been more accommodating in delivery of a fabulous product

Saw this product at Malvern show last year & decide to invest in 2 chairs. It took a year to save but delighted with them. Really comfortable, made from recycled plastic milk bottles & utterly maintenance free! They look like wood but are never in need of any work other than an occasional damp cloth!

I recently purchased two Adirondack chairs, a foot stool and a table from Luxwood. I was looking for items that looked like real wood but weren't, if you know what I mean. This furniture ticked all the boxes. It is made from recycled plastic, will be maintenance free and I am certain that they will last for years. Lovely furniture and excellent personal service from Tony and Meryl. Highly recommended.

What a joy Tony & Meryl are to deal with!
Old fashioned, personable, efficient service!
Great communication from start to finish.

Two people who are proud of their product, and rightly so. My Adirondack chairs look amazing and are so comfortable.
We are really pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend the product and this company.

Thank you

Lovely people!
Lovely product with a great back story.
Prompt delivery from the sellers themselves.
Love the chair, it’s sturdy, comfortable and in a fun colour.

So pleased with our lovely set of six chairs, 3 foot rests and 2 tables.
Exactly what we hoped they would be.
Meryl and Tony were fantastic the whole way through to delivery.
What a lovely couple and a pleasure to meet. You definitely wouldn’t be disappointed if you ordered from here.

Perfect service and an excellent product. The chairs and table were ideal for our patio. We’re so pleased that we found LuxWoodPatio.

The whole experience was wonderful. Tony and Meryl are a lovely couple, the communication from point of order to delivery was just right. I was not at home when the 2 folding Adirondack chairs were delivered, but they went out of their way to ensure the chairs were set up exactly where we wanted. The chairs are well made and now I have had time and the sun has appeared I can confirm they are very comfortable and I am sure they will be a great investment. They both share our love of Canada and had a good chat with my wife recalling memories of that impressive country. All in all a great company to deal with and a highly recommended product.

…..when asking if could I see before I buy didnt cause a problem at all.
I chose to wait until a delivery was in my area and happily this was sooner than I expected. The chairs were set up in the garden and I was left ,under no pressure, to sit and decide if they were for me
Perfect sturdy chairs which are very comfortable and I will buy another 2 later in the year

We are so very pleased with our Adirondack chairs. They sit so well in our new garden and are very comfortable. Tony & Meryl delivered to our door and we were so impressed with the friendly service. I am making all my guests sit in our new chairs!
Thank you for a wonderful addition to our new home!

Faultless experience purchasing from this company - really impressed by the quality and look of the furniture, it has brightened up our little garden no end, but it's the personal customer service that really makes them stand out. Free delivery is such a bonus, and not only was it all delivered personally by the company owners, with care, they did so the morning after we'd placed our order in the afternoon. Can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience from order to delivery. Great quality product and very happy. Worth paying a bit more for the quality of product and service.
Ordering, follow-on and delivery all very good. Lovely dealing with the owners too who personally delivered the chairs and not a 3rd party courier firm. Very happy customers and likely will order more!

Thank you so much. The quality of the chairs, the aesthetic appearance, the life like texture and the service is second to none.
A must for any buyer.

Really pleased with our Adirondack chairs and foot rests from LuxWoodPatio. Comfortable to sit in. Light enough to lift if necessary. Sturdy enough to stay put.
Excellent customer service from Tony & Meryl, who rang almost immediately that I placed the order and delivered the following day. Such a personal service these days is a real treat.

Came across the patio furniture on display at a garden centre near Ludlow and were impressed by the quality. Decided to contact Tony and Meryl online and buy direct from them.
Top quality product. Prompt, courteous, efficient service. Delivered to our home within a few days.
The whole experience delightful.
Fully recommend.
