Bought two chairs at the Malvern Garden show - Tony and Meryl are so passionate about their product and this shines through in their friendly approach - no hard sell - just honest details - very quick delivery service - furniture arrives assembled and ready for use - great quality- very comfortable - our new Sundowner chairs - they run a very professional and friendly business and deserve success.

From start to finish, I can’t rate this company highly enough. Ordered over the phone, had any queries answered by Meryl and given a delivery date and approximate time. En route, I received an ETA so no waiting in all day. We were so impressed that Meryl and Tony delivered chairs, footstools and table personally and placed them in situ, fully assembled and ready to use. We are delighted with the lime green colour, which sets off surrounding plants and the quality is excellent.
It was nice to meet the owners who are very friendly, courteous and enthusiastic about their product.
Today is the first warm sunny day since we took delivery and have spent the best part of the afternoon enjoying the comfort of these lovely chairs. Would not hesitate to recommend Lux Wood Patio.

We ordered a pair of these chairs whilst at Malvern show. Couldn't believe how comfortable they are.
Just one week later, after excellent communications, our chairs were delivered and set up.
We are really pleased with them, particularly as they won't require maintenance (unlike our old wooden steamers).
A great experience, from start to finish.

Love my table and chairs! Fantastic addition to garden, low maintenance and very good quality.
Exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend this furniture and suppliers enough. 😊

Initially saw these chairs a couple of years ago but had trouble sourcing them so we were delighted in finding them at Harrogate show, delivery was so quick and the chairs incredibly comfortable the whole process so easy, we were kept informed at every stage and would definitely recommend

Ordered two chairs, two footstools & table .
All delivered as arranged.
Kept informed throughout whole process. Furniture superb . Really pleased with service.
Lovely , genuine , friendly couple.
Gave advise on keeping your furniture looking its best , ie cleaning tips etc .
Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

I am so pleased with the adirondack chairs - they are the perfect thing for my deck, and so well made. Also got foot stools and two of the side tables to go with them. The tables are even better than I expected - at the same height as the chair arms and big enough for several plates or dishes, plus they have a great folding mechanism.

Their chairs are not cheap but I went with them because:
- the chair seat is 2 inches wider than any other I could find
- the quality looked excellent (it really is, and so sturdy)
- they had a colour I really liked
- I loved the idea of chairs that could just stay out all year, in any weather, and no need for covers or a shed
- adirondack chairs are comfortable enough that you don't need to store or drag out cushions.
- I loved that they would bring the chairs fully assembled and place them in situ - after the last time I had to assemble an adirondack chair I have learned to appreciate the value of not having to do it myself.

Tony and Meryl were lovely, highly professional, communicated flawlessly.

Very happy with my purchase, and look forward to sitting on my deck enjoying the view for years to come.

It is not often in the current economic climate you get such personal service.
Tony and Meryl are a great example of how we can get this country back on its feet.
Put the effort into your business, place the customer first and go over and above what is expected.
Nothing was too much trouble, a delight to do business with them. I would highly recommend them.

After a visit to the US we were in the market for Adirondack chairs. We had watched other garden furniture deteriorate very quickly so we wanted something that would last. These chairs were relatively expensive but they are top quality and we are happy they will work out at good value in the long run. Tony and Mel were very helpful throughout and a pleasure to do business with.

The chairs are of excellent quality, very sturdy and look fantastic. Extremely comfortable without the need for cushions and durable enough to be left outside year round. The service from start to finish was exceptional and the personal delivery (with plenty of advance communication) was something I’ve never experienced before. I couldn’t recommend LuxWoodPatio highly enough.

The chairs are sturdy and well crafted, feel comfortable and durable. The delivery was exceptional. The owners themselves delivered, which adds a real personal touch.
Can envision many relaxing evenings in these chairs.
I would highly recommend.

Amazing products that look fantastic with excellent provenance using waste plastics, and amazing personal service.

We love our beautifully made Adirondacks - they are so bright and colourful - can't wait to use them in the nice weather - delivery went exactly as planned - great service - would definately recommend

A fantastic product, and excellent communications with regard to the order and delivery.

I would definitely buy again and recommend both the chairs and the company to anybody.

Tony and Meryl have provided the best possible customer experience by delivering my chairs exactly when they said they would!
The chairs are of the highest quality and are very comfortable to sit on.

How refreshing to find a company with a good product and excellent service. From order to delivery was so easy. As previous customers have written, Meryl was happy to bring two colours for me to choose from. The chairs are excellent and we will be able to leave them out all winter and, therefore, make more use of them all year round. It’s blowing a gale, as I write, and they haven’t moved an inch they are so solid. Well thought out construction, comfortable and very attractive on the new decking. Well worth the money. Thank you, Meryl and Tony, for making purchasing something a pleasure.

In these times it’s really good to come across a super efficient firm with outstanding products. A genuine pleasure to do business with

I emailed LuxWood Patio to express an interest in buying 3 Adirondack chairs, but mentioned that I wasn’t sure which colours to choose. Within half an hour Tony and Meryl had replied saying they could bring 5 chairs to my home the following week, for me to test for quality and comfort, and to help me decide which colours would look right in situ. No obligation to purchase, no sales pressure – if the chairs weren’t right for me, they would take them back with them.

They duly arrived as arranged, set up the chairs for me, answered a few of my questions, left me to try them and – only if I was certain the chairs were right for me – decide on which, if any, of the colours were to my liking.

I now have an orange, a lime green and an aruba blue chair in my garden, plus an orange footstool. They are excellent. They are well made, strong and solid. I’ve been looking for Adirondack chairs for a while, but these are far superior to any of the others I was considering - plus they don’t need any maintenance, they can be left outside all year round, they have a lifetime guarantee and, being made from recycled plastics, they help the environment. But, most importantly, they look great and they are very, very comfortable.

If you are considering buying Adirondack chairs do get in touch with Tony and Meryl, you won’t regret it. They are a lovely, friendly couple and they don’t put any pressure on you to buy. Frankly, they don’t have to – the chairs say it all for them.

Brilliant, personal service. Really felt like we were dealing with humans (well, we were) as opposed to the impersonal service one so often gets.

What fantastic service ! My friend recommended Tony and Meryl and their great service - and of course the lovely chairs. I spoke with them on 22/2 and by the 28/2 the chairs and table were personally delivered to both myself and my mum in Cornwall. We are both absolutely delighted with the chairs, and us with the table, so much so that mum has also ordered a table and footrest!

We would not hesitate to recommend Tony and Meryl at LuxWood Patio for their fabulous customer service !

A fabulous product, fabulous service and a fabulous couple to deal with ! Thank you both !
