This is a first class product. Delivery was quick and I could not be happier with the chairs. They are so comfortable and easy to maintain.

The quality of the product is truly fantastic, even better in the 'flesh' than they look on the website, I really cannot rate the product highly enough.
Tony & Meryl also give the best customer service experience I have had for a very long time, from placing the order to the actual delivery, their service is truly faultless - I cannot recommend the service and product quality high enough..... Amazing!!

Tony and Meryl run an amazing company with some of the best and most personalised customer service possible. I’m so pleased to have found Luxwood Patio to buy these perfect Adirondacks from. They’re definitely not the cheapest version of Adirondack chairs available, but they most certainly are the best quality with a lifetime warehouse, something that none of the others come with. The quality and finish of the materials are perfect and I cannot say that about a lot of products.

From the initial contact to the delivery and install, T&M have been amazing and we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking about getting these type of deck chairs. They really are comfortable and add functionality and beauty to your deck. I am actually writing this review whilst sitting in one right now!

Do yourself a favour and spend a little more for a beautiful product with perfect service.

A great product and great service

Thanks again, we’re very happy with our 6 chairs

I have wanted Adirondack chairs for sometime now, so suffice to say I had done a fair bit of research, as there seemed to be so many different types, but the one thing I liked about LucWoodPatio from the outset was how glowing the reviews were and how very happy their customers seemed. A lot of the time we may think that these reviews are not real or that they’re ‘staged’ somehow. All I can say is they were absolutely spot on! From the initial contact with Tony and Meryl, to arranging a delivery time, to meeting them, to the actual chairs themselves, they more than met and indeed exceeded my expectations of them and of the chairs themselves! The service I received from Tony and Meryl and their company, I sadly say, you don’t often receive in the UK, but it has restored my faith somewhat and I will be in no doubt that I will be going back to them when I want to buy more chairs and other furniture. I have become an advocate of their company and their product - my brother and sister-in-law are already very interested in buying some - and I will continue to do so, because great service like that deserves it. Thanks again Tony and Meryl. Another VERY happy customer!! :)

I’d been looking at the chairs for ages just waiting until I had my garden steps in that lead down to a board walk over a mill pond. As soon as the steps were in I placed the order and hoped they’d be with me in a couple of weeks. I received an email in a couple of hours saying I could take delivery the next day as I was lucky enough to be on the delivery route!

It was a super personal delivery by Tony and Meryl the next day and we’re over the moon with the chairs. Super comfortable, very stylish and sturdy good quality construction. They look amazing and they’re going to last for ever I can tell!

It’s worth investing in quality and that’s what LuxWoodPatio offers from start to finish.

Remarkably, the quality of the chairs is even better than they appear on the website - the design and finish exceeded our already high expectations and fully justify the price. The time and care taken by Tony and Meryl to confirm our order, to answer our questions and to deliver everything in person is quite simply, customer service at its very best.

I ordered two chairs from LuxWoodPatio which were delivered in mid May. The whole process from ordering to delivery was first class. Tony and Meryl provided an excellent service and the product is excellent too.

Tony & Meryl were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! From the excellent communication about the chair delivery (which they personally do!) to customer follow-up after. As a long time owner of this type of chair I was delighted to find these non-wood versions as my wood ones rotted. The big selling point for me was also that they come fully assembled and ready to use.

Thanks both for a great product and service. I think I'll be coming back to you for the matching footstools one day!!!

We’re very pleased with our new furniture, it looks great and is very sturdy. We really appreciated Tony and Meryl’s personal service and excellent communication when it came to delivery.

Stumbled across LuxWood Patio whilst searching for a somewhat nicer lounger-side drinks table. I wish i'd found them sooner; I dipped my toe in the water with the purchase of said folding table and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Now got my eye on a companion table for it - and those Adirondack seats look beautiful. I'm not sure I can help myself.......!
Customer service was impeccable too, very personalised and attentive - now that's the way to build a loyal customer base!

We have been looking for new garden furniture for some time. After some extensive research and reviewing many options I finally ordered 2 chairs, foot rests and table in coastal grey
From luxWoodPatio.

Meryl contacted me immediately as she noticed an error in the delivery address, which were hand delivered a few days after order on a Saturday morning. The quality of the chairs are super and the link to a more sustainable source is all very reassuring. I would highly recommend these and the company. First class in a sometimes confusing and difficult world.

Really very happy with both the experience dealing with Tony & Meryl with the purchase of our chairs, footstool and side table, as well as with the quality and finish of our chairs. We have already enjoyed a lovely vino sitting on our newly renovated quite corner of our garden and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Would highly recommend!

We attended the Spring Harrogate Flower show and was looking for some garden furniture when I saw this stall. So friendly and helpful. We ordered two chairs and a table and extremely delighted. They were delivered fully assembled by Tony and Meryl. They showed us how to fold up and pack away if we wanted, but the product is frost and winter proof. The service was exceptional and we were delighted with the product. Thank you guys.

We enquired about our Adirondack Chairs and from the initial call, through to delivery and information about the chairs the service from Tony and Meryl was first rate. Highly recommended. Great company.

Great service, hand delivery. Brilliant chairs. Comfortable, look good in our garden and easy to move around when cutting grass. No worrying about maintanence. If I had the room I would order another one. What more could you ask for!

Meryl and Tony have provided us with a little touch of ‘home’ after spending a few years living in Denver. We stumbled across these beautiful chairs at Harrogate Flower Show and after chatting to Meryl and hearing about her and Tony’s time in Canada knew we were buying from good people. The chairs are beautiful, comfy and will be well loved and used. Thank you for your speedy delivery, communication and warmth as people.

Having done quite a lot of research we decided to order our two Adirondack chairs and table from Luxwood. Even though we ordered on a bank holiday weekend, we immediately received communications from Meryl and Tony confirming our order and giving an indicative date for delivery! We only had to wait a few weeks until Meryl and Tony delivered them in person and set them up for us around our firepit. They are even better than we imagined they would be - great quality, a lovely colour, and just the right size.... and then there is the comfort level! Amazing! We absolutely love them, and are looking forward to many happy hours surveying our garden and keeping cosy with the firepit. Totally recommend LuxWood Patio for excellent customer service and providing a great product! Thank you!

Excellent service from Tony and Meryl! Ordered my new chair and footrest and it was ready to be delivered in just a few days, way before I expected. It is a beautiful set, comfortable, very study, lovely colour and just what I wanted. Super communication, delivery to the exact place I am going to use it in my garden. Meryl showed me how to use the chair when folding and unfolding. I would not hesitate to recommend the products and the company. So thrilled. Thank you.

Just perfect, amazing quality and service thank you so much 😊
