Very pleasant reception, complete clarity about the scope of the job and the costs, and rapid responses to queries. The job involved transferring unwanted kerosine to another customer, and safe disposal of the oil tank. The engineer (Edvins) who carried out the work was professional, polite, and very efficient. This was a job well done.

Scott and his team were outstanding from start to finish. I contacted Scott in a panic on a Sunday evening after discovering a leak in my oil tank. After reviewing some videos I sent, he quickly reassured me and provided clear guidance on how to temporarily stop the leak (who knew soap could be so effective!).

Two friendly and professional members of the team arrived and transferred the oil into a temporary container, thoughtfully leaving enough below the crack for us to continue using the heating and hot water system. They then returned to supply and install a new tank, remove the old one, tidy the area, and reset my Signalman monitor.

Throughout the entire process, Scott kept me fully informed, explaining each step and regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to anyone needing a reliable, professional, and responsive service.

They came on time, did the job and left the place clean and tidy. David was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Needed to have our old 1200litre oil tank decommissioned in a safe and environmentally friendly way. All the team at the LV Harrogate office were helpful, informative and professional. On the day, David the engineer, arrived early and explained the process thoroughly including the fact that they recycle all the old waste materials. The whole process was efficient and professional and done at a reasonable price.

We had a contaminated fuel tank on our narrowboat. The guys had carefully cleaned and renewed the tank within two hours. They were a pleasure to have around and came on time, with everything they needed to do a professional job. With clear communication and a positive approach. I had LV Fuels handle removing an old oil tank and installing a new one. It wasn’t easy since the old tank had to be cut out of a steel structure. They helped me figure out the best location for the new tank that met all the regulations.

They kept me well informed using their online tools—emails and even WhatsApp updates, which was great. When there was a delay due to a supplier issue, Scott gave me a call, explained everything, and kept me in the loop.

On the day of installation, the team was professional, neat, and stayed late to finish the job. Honestly, they made a messy job stress-free. They owned any issues and delivered a fantastic experience. I’d happily recommend them!

Very happy with the service. Removal of oil tank which had to be cut in situ due to narrow access, also 130 ltrs of fuel pumped out. The job was carried out by Edvins with no mess or contamination every thing left clean & tidy.

Swapping out an old metal oil tank to a new plastic bunded tank was a painless operation from start to finish.
Scott in the office was extremely helpful arranging everything and Richard who came to remove and fit the new tank was brilliant. Cannot fault LV Fuels would happily recommend
