I had an issue with not receiving my original package, and LYRA responded promptly, resolving the problem by sending a new package in record time. The burkini I received is of excellent quality and fits perfectly, and I feel very comfortable wearing it.

The bamboo multiway hijab is not only good for your hair and scalp, it’s also so comfortable to wear, quick and easy to put on and it stays in place. It’s very easy and keeps my head quite cool which is good on hotter days. The quality is very good and delivery is so fast. I would highly recommend this item.

Amazing swim wear, even better customer service! I have had their Sofia Panel swimwear set for about 2 years now, and absolutely love it. I lost the skirt recently and wanted a replacement but you can’t buy it separately on the website. So I got in touch by emailing them, and they were so helpful in finding the skirt for me from their warehouse. They even refunded me the postage and I got a free cute tote bag which I will definitely use! I really appreciate the team, especially Nadia, who responded to my request quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them as they go above and beyond to help their customers. I will definitely be purchasing again from them in the future.

Just received my order from LYRA and I am in love with my Sofia swimsuit! The quality and fit are even better than I expected them to be. I had a few queries regarding the material and delivery options and their customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back and I'm glad to have found my brand for swimwear going forward !!!

I bought two swimsuits in the Lyra sale. One was fine. The second is faulty in design as there's no way one can fit their Thighs through the neck hole. That's the only way to put the swimsuit on. It's the Dana design. I have emailed Lyra both via their website and Instagram and no response.

5 stars because that’s what the company deserves ! I live in France I’ve made on order on Wednesday and it arrived the next day with the express delivery ! The designs are beautiful ! Also the customer support is really reactive and helpful. In less than a week they made me a loyal customer Bravo ! ✨

I had really high hopes for this brand and was really excited to finally see a stylish yet modest brand offering comfortable swimwear. However , within weeks my Burkini was ripped from the side, the zipper got rusty and the leggings had a whole in it.
Extremely disappointed, and definitely not worth the £99. Shame on them for selling such poor quality for a high price.

I am ordering from Lyra Modest for the second time, I am very satisfied super quality very comfortable. Customer service very hard, super organized. If you have any questions or problems, someone from the team will contact you to solve the problem immediately.

I truly can't say enough good things. Ireached out to see if there were any upcoming sales and the customer service agent told me there wasn't a current sale and that I had just missed one and was kind enough to extend me my own discount code to grab a suit for 20% off! They assisted me through my order as I had a few questions. I was unable to find a certain item as it was out of stock. I let them know if it came back in stock id love to pay the difference and add to my order. THEY ADDED IT AND TWO OTHER GIFTS TO MY ORDER FREE OF CHARGE! I was absolutely blown away with the generosity. I have never experienced it with any other company. As if that's not good enough - they upgraded my order to express shipping - also free of charge. Need I say more?! I can't stop telling everyone about the company's generosity and passion. Great quality suit. Beautiful. Well made. And amazing customer service. Buy from Lyra!

I am so happy to finally get to have my first order from LYRA, I ordered the Sophia classic black, very nice quality and the size is true to fit. I really want to personally thank Yasmeen from team LYRA support for her efforts, patience and made sure I got my order since I haven’t received it from FedEx the first time, she went above and beyond to ship me another order while dealing with the courier service. Highly recommended and definitely it won’t be my last.

L’équipe Lyra a répondu à ma requête un dimanche, dans l’heure, pour un changement de taille avant expédition. Ensuite, ils m’ont upgrade sans frais à une livraison express, car j’ai partagé avec eux ma crainte par rapport au délai de livraison. J’avais un voyage de prévu et j’avais zappé complètement le férié de Pâques (jour chômé et donc retard d’un jour d’envoi du colis). J’ai reçu ma commande en deux jours sachant que je suis à Berlin !

Truly the absolute best customer service I have ever received with any company! Sara, in particular, is a gem. She took more than 45min of her time to help me assess which size and color would fit me best. She was very accommodating, patient and so sweet! I would not buy swimwear from anywhere else but here! Truly top notch.

Oh my God. From quality to fit to fashion and style to their incredible customer service. If you need someone to work for you remotely I am in. I ordered a Sofia but a size too big. Contacted Lyra over IG to get some infos. Sara responded quickly and gave me the step by step to follow for the return and reimbursement. I ordered one other model a size down and a few minutes later the sofia again a smaller size. Sara refunded me without me asking the shipping cost by putting both orders together, because if I had ordered them together I would have not have to pay shipping costs. Like hello this is some AMAZING FANTASTIC customer service and experience. I will definitely stick with Lyra in the future. I fell in love with you guys. Please think about me for future positions in customer experience positions 🥰 I may do a giveaway with the bigger size to bless another sister or get the reimbursement and get a third model 🥰🥰🥰🥰
