Poor quality product, not worth sending back due to postal costs. Ordered 10 light bulbs, didn’t work, only opened 2 of them 1 was loose & rattled.

I have to order boxes to send to local authorities for them to send their documents for us to scan and the service I get from Lyreco, including Alan Stewart, is great. Their customer service is quick to respond to any changes that may arise.

hvad gør du nu? Du styrer ikke denne trustpilot konto ret godt, der er dårlige anmeldelser som er tudse gamle. Hvorfor skriver du ikke til dem i stedet for at bede mig om oplysninger? Grunden til at jeg kun giver jer 1 stjerne ,er at jeg ikke er i stand til at give 0 stjerner. og det eneste jeg ønsker er at se jer med et gennemsnit på 1 stjerne- hvilket snart sker.
Although I have told Lyreco on numerous occasions of our operational hours they still try to deliver outside of these hours. Also the one day delivery seems to be a thing of the past

We have used Lyreco as our stationery supplier for a number of years now. Their service is excellent! The delivery driver is an absolute joy, their customer service representatives are so professional and cannot do enough for you even when I order something in error they are quick to rectify it. Everyone I have dealt with is super efficient and so helpful. I have nothing but praise for Lyreco

My very first order (06062025) was OK except the 4 slice toaster which was to come direct from the manufacturer, despite many emails and calls to customer care, we still had no toaster by 27th June, so I cancelled it and ordered one next day from Amazon, yet still waiting for confirmation on cancellation, they said it was too late to intervene but guess what, no delivery. An order last week on 26th June was mis-delivered, still no sign of it being retrieved, nor have they collected the delivery we got for Balfour Beatty in Ashford, Kent! It's a week tomorrow...I am very busy at work and do not have the time to chase others for an outcome...

Hi Lyreco, I am Nenad from Cognex Ireland and we are very happy with last upgrades what you did from prospective if updating time for delivery of orders (when order was shipped and when order was delivered). What I would like to suggest from better budget cost control side is option that all things which I am ordering through call center (capsules, descale tablets from milk side, descale kits, spare bucket for water, spare bucket for milk, bags...) that I can order online with price calculation, so that I am 100% sure what will be my invoice for that particular order. Also would be handy like monthly report of capsules from coffee machines (in my case 3 coffee machines) on amount how much we are spending in month time, and Report on yearly basis.. There is one thing which is not good from my prospective: Don't like when my colleagues seeing icon "service request" and that service is due in 3 months time and that icon is (and will be) all the time on the display. Can that be disabled somehow? I mean it can pop up weekly but in this case it sounds (from prospective of employees) that I am not taking care for coffee machines because icon is on the display all this time (in my case over 4 weeks) - even if I already talk with somebody in Lyreco and arracge the visit.
