Quick to deliver and good customer…
Quick to deliver and good customer service when dealing with queries (once you can get through). What would be helpful is a delivery note attached to the goods, as we are part of a large local authority and the person receiving the delivery may not necessarily be the person who placed the order.

Order received despite me messing up.
I had placed a stationery order on our new ordering system and inadvertently omitted adding additional information. I received an email from Lyreco and they kindly accepted the quotation I had completed so that I did not have to go through the whole process for a second time.

Really lucky to give it 1 star
Really lucky to give it 1 star. Taken out a Nespresso coffee contract recently but cannot order ANYTHING that we want from our so called web shop.
Nothing in stock and they are charging up to 25% more than Nespresso direct and tying in to a 3 year contract. Utterly shameful, feels like a huge scam!
Seeking advice to terminate contract.

Delivery Address Inorrect
The delivery alwasy gets sent to the wrong department as the address needs updating. I have communicated this on more than one occasion but the information is not updated at their end.

every time I call everyone is always so helpful! this time I ordered 4 packs of 40 loo roll and I got sent 8 packs because they were on offer! I wasn't made aware of this offer on the call which would have been handy, least we are sorted for a while!!

FedEx Courier for Lyreco let the service down.
FedEx courier service that delivers for Lyreco are not great. FedEx do not communicate with staff when delivering.

Our organisational rep, Nicholas, was very responsive and helpful, especially in the early setting up stage and did his best to meet my requirements.
