Placed an order on Thursday 15th January , as of the 21st January still awaiting delivery. Every day a different reason for non delivery.

Awful service. No updates provided on orders, it's taken 2 weeks just to have coffee delivered. Will never use them again.

Good customer service and fast delivery
Customer service is very efficient and helpful as are the drivers on our route. Delivery for in stock items is always very fast and for backordered items, a reasonable time frame is given aswell.

Delivery issues
Delivery issues - 1 day delivery rarely happens. When an order doesn't arrive when expected checking on the status of it the website does not accurately reflect the delivery stage. The order landing page will say fully delivered but if you click into the order itself it states in preparation meaning that it is not even on it's way. I understand that delays can happen but this has consistently been the case for the past couple of months. Bringing it up with customer service has had no effect. If the website were at least accurate we could plan appropriately and not have to waste up to 45 minutes on help to be told "sometimes that happens"
