Late Deliveries
We have been using Lyreco for many years and have generally been satisfied with your service. However, we would like to raise a concern regarding several recent orders that were delivered late. Unfortunately, these delays caused significant inconvenience to our operations. As we run a hotel, timely delivery is critical. This is not the level of service we are accustomed to from Lyreco.

Generally happy
Easy to but together although the screw heads stripped while putting together the desk without a lot of pressure. So will be difficult to move the desk upstairs when I want too.
But delivered and turn around time good.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, taken over a week for delivery & 45 mins wasted from my working day chasing as to why we have had to wait so long for delivery. Order placed the morning off the 22.01.26 & email to say it will be delivered by 13:30 30.01.26, still no guarantee it will be delivered as they already emailed to say they had a failed delivery 28.01.26 & when we checked the cctv footage no one from Lyreco had attemted delivery at all. This was all lies

Their invoicing system is shockingly bad, but not as bad as their customer service. Trying to get through to Nespresso team is impossible. Hide behind emails and are are generally not a great company to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend

Good customer service
Receiving good customer service without having to jump through hoops. Had a some damaged goods in our order - one phone call, I explained the problem and replacements are now on the way out to us. Thank you.

On the whole Lyreco are very good
On the whole Lyreco are very good, their deliveries are not always as good (couriers they use) damages are often happening & don't get delivered to the office (left out in the corridor for residents to trip over). Contacted Lyreco to notify them, but no feedback as yet given. Emailed again, see what happens!
