The company is great , I ordered the 22 in silver carry in for total of $250.00 it arrived, but I wanted to send it back , they sent return label and offered me a $50 refund if I would decide to keep it.
I returned it because I found it cheaper on a tictok site for $130.00 same Lyvoi which arrived from the same warehouse the original shipped from . Loved it i ordered the 20in for $120. Shipped. Just now. Luggage looks great, time will tell.

Glad you love the luggage. The Lyvoi units sold on TikTok were sold by a warehouse that misused our stock without our authorization, and we have since changed warehouses. Our warranty and after-sales support don’t cover anything sold there. For genuine Lyvoi support and warranty, please order from lyvoi.sale.
Wrong color and wrong size suitcase was sent by my order. They did send $30 to makeup for the mistake. Still wish my order had been filled when I made itm

Appearance wise the 28”L luggage is a very good copy of the original high end check in.
The interior material is of poorer quality than the original. However, for the price, hopefully the luggage will hold up to the rigors of travel.

UPDATE: The refund waa credited to my account and I appreciate the help. The product waa excellent, but not what i waa looking for.
I am trying to return my purchase. Although there has been communication with customer service, I am still unable to receive the labels to return my purchase. To preserve/insure that the time does not expire on the refund, i have disputed the charge on my credit card

Great luggage. The 20" carryon luggage I got is the one I have been aiming to have. It looks impressive & dignified. I hope it will be durable & withstand international travels. I highly recommend this brand.
Everything looked great so far. Of course we will see the performance once I get to travel, and use them.
