Maap is breaking European Law. You can return every everything in two weeks and get the money back. Not for sale items at maap. They offer you a stupid voucher which you have to spend on the website. Don’t buy at maap!!!

Quick delivery. But look up they are not giving any refund on sale items, and no free return. So if you will send an item back you will pay 25 E for the return and then get a voucher and then pay delivery again if you order a new item. I think MAAP has good cycling clothes but it’s not possible to buy them with this conditions. Everybody knows how it’s with the sizing of cycling clothes.

Terrible Company. Refused to honour order after order been placed. DO NOT BUY FROM MAAP.

Jacket sent to wrong address so was returned to their warehouse.
Order placed 10th November still no sign off refund or jacket.
Have opened case with PayPal to get money back,avoid absolute rip off merchants!

I bought items on sale and MAAP refuses to reimburse my payment because those are items on sale. I already bought previously items on sale and returned some of them without any issues and got my money back. Now they offer a gift voucher on the website instead of returning me hundreds of euros they owe me.

In the sale this summer i ordered an Evade Pro jersey. Two weeks later I emailed to check on on progress to be told it was out of stock and they would refund me.

The same jersey was STILL on sale on their site.

Just got their Black Friday sale email and there is the jersey I wanted on sale again. I email to check this time and ... not it's not in stock, yet clearly advertised at 50% off on their website.

Nice looking kit but WTAF Maap? Please let me know when you have figured out how to actually run a business. Actually, don't bother. Unsubscribed, never coming back.

For Sale items they don't refund you money. I will never Order anything ever again from this horrible shop. I will also try to get my money back via Paypal

If you ordered MAAP products from their website and they actually do fit your body shape, you're the lucky one! If not, I'm sorry to tell you entered the hell hole of an unbelievably bad customer care experience. You want to return your order? You might end up sending emails into the endless spheres of oblivion, because no one is going to answer your enquiry. Waiting for a refund? Just keep waiting, one day you might be lucky and someone might send your money back - after cutting off shipping costs of course...

No longer willing to provide jersey for same price.

MAAP circulated an email on the 7 June 2023 announcing their Mid-Year sale, to which I ordered some stuff the following day on the 8 June 2023. No news for the next 5 weeks.
When I made an enquiry on the 13 July, they told me they were out of stock and will refund my money.
Poor customer experience and definitely won't be coming back anytime soon.

Order sent out, only attempted delivery once before being returned (more on DPD than Maap). Contacted them about trying to ship order again, was told would be done ASAP and I should receive tracking details in a day or so. A week goes by and no tracking details, send another email asking for new tracking details and get provided with the original one. Contact again and am told the order hasn’t been sent back out, so they will expedite this. Several days later and still nothing, it’s now been 3 weeks since I was supposed to receive the order and still nothing. For the prices I’m disappointed to say the least, don’t bother with Maap and go and buy from anywhere else

I never had an experience this bad when ordering online EVER.
I‘ve placed two orders when they had their mid-term sale (total amount of approx. EUR 400). For 3 weeks, I‘ve never heard anything from them, order status never changed etc. When I reached out, they told me they would try to speed up the process but no confirmation of shipping or anything. Almost a week later they informed me that 3 out of my 4 orders were out of stock and refunded me the money (this went asap). One item (one where they said had been out of stock, instead they didn‘t deliver the one they’ve said is still available - at this point I didn‘t even care anymore) has been delivered but they didn‘t adapt the invoice accordingl so I got charged import taxes from the original amount! Now I‘ve got to pay taxes which are more than half the price of the item I received (which is way to small). I have no words for this. Please do not order from this company, they don‘t seem to have their sh* together in the slightest

Ordered a bundle -15% with the code strava -50€. The delivery time to France is 3 days from the Netherlands. Satisfied with the quality product.

Terrible customer service exoperience

I usually fit small or medium.. i'm on my 2nd exchange now and even large does not fit

Returns process is slow unless you're happy to pay out twice. They eventually lost the 2nd exchange and the DPD tracker just updated every day to say delivery today

Complained via customer service chat function and was promised an update next day, never got one. Customer service rep Nathan apologetic but disinterested in fixing the root cause of problem or offering any compensation/incentive to stay engaged.

Maap were unable to provide the jersey I purchased and refunded this. However, they have refused to refund the matching base layer and socks which I only purchased as a set.
Nice kit but terrible customer service and T&Cs. Much better competitors out there

I ordered two times, delivery happened within 36 hours, both times.
The first order I sent back and I had my money back on my account within 5 days.
It couldn‘t be any better!!!

only thing which is worth mentioning: the sizes are a bit unconventionel. Normally I wear S/M for jersies, MAAP Jersey at size L are still tight but fitting.

The clothes are super comfortable and stylish. I had a problem with a loose seam on my first Bibshorts. In contrast to the other reviews here, the service responded very well and sent me an immediate exchange.

Unfortunately I have the same experience as decribed by others. I am still waiting on the order that I made more than 3 weeks ago. There communication is very slow and they can't give me any insights in when I could expext my order.

I am still hoping that I will receive the order, but I will never ever order with them again.

12 days past the order and no confirmation, shipping details, or updates. Their cs team is extremely slow with each interaction taking 2 days and always with no news or alternative solutions… they keep saying I have to wait.
