I ordered an LED mask, it looked different from what was online, but kept it anyways. It worked for about 2 months and now if it does turn on it does not stay on for long. Have sent a message to their support email. Still waiting on a respose.

I would give this company -5 stars. it is a scam. I ordered the mask and what I received was a knock off, they also tripled the order and sent me three masks.
I tried to immediately make them aware that it went in three times and I was not ordering the 3 masks. You can’t get anything done. They don’t answer emails or phone calls.I could not get anybody to answer emails or get a refund stay away from this company. The name of my statement is Jonathon Munoz his phone number. I called and no answer. Making it impossible to get these returned in an appropriate time. My emails went to macro Health and no response. Stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would. Received the wrong product after waiting over a month. Unable to reach customer service. They need to make this right or issue a full refund. Ridiculous. I guess you do pay for what you get.

This company is running a scam. They do not respond to emails via their site or their so called support using email. Call your credit card company and have them charge back to this company. I ordered on the 14th and heard nothing from my requests, called the credit card company today and they charged it back to them. They changed the price from $152 on 9/14 to $67.99 yesterday and today.

Received my mask and it broke after the 3rd use. I contacted support 6 times and never received a response. Spent too much money for this not to work.

I ordered a mask from them Aug 31st. Cost enough for sure. Heard once from them and they have not responded to any of my many emails. No product either I may add. This company is not honorable at all. They should be removed from selling . I finally received the mask 2 days ago. Nothing from them at all. Nearly a month it got here. Pat Rueschmann.

Placed an order on August 26,2026 and have not received product. Have sent numerous emails and have not had a reply.

This company has scammed me. Never sent my order. Never replied to my repeated messages to their only point of contact (an email address) and I am out $170USD

Ordered mask and neck combo and was sent generic brand completely unlike their MACRO brand. SHAME ON YOUR SCAM! I’m expecting full refund and return label to send this garbage back to you.

Complete scam of a company. My wife ordered some sort of red light mask for $150 or so. She received a plastic piece of crap mask that didn't even do anything. Wife contacted the company about a refund and no reply. No return address on the package. No way to return the package. F these scammers straight to hell.

Macro Health sent me the incorrect and cheaper version of a mask than what I had ordered. When reaching out to try to get this corrected the company never responded. You should not buy their products.

Order placed on August 1 has not been confirmed or any info on shipment.
Hoping for customer support or at least confirmation. Please send a working phone number for customer service.

I ordered an LED mask, it arrived but was stolen by the delivery driver, they told me its on the store. Macrobeauty, aka Macrohealth, said its terrible we will send a new one immediately. This went back on forth with their AI bots in the end they said we will refund you and send one free. I got the refund and no prduct. I have complained and emailed, they now go unanswered and complained through 'shop' who said they would look into it...nothing ever happened.
The company has no interest once there is a problem and the courier company, Speedx, wouldn't answer at all despite video footage showing it was their driver.
Months of emailing for nothing.

They sent a mask that stopped working within a week of use and never responded to the emails. Beware, do not order from this company.

Similar story to others on here. I ordered their 940nm face mask with neck and chest bundle. What arrived was a cheap, generic black mask that I found on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. Have emailed the store 3 times and no response. Have reported to my bank.

They did not send me what I ordered, and they have never responded to my multiple emails to their customer support inbox. Even if I did attempt to return the item, they only offer a 60% refund. Avoid at all costs.

Bait-and-switch scheme! You will not get the product you were shown. The label and color are not the same. It's so obvious. I've emailed their support department 3X in the last 3 weeks, and no response.

Terrible company to deal with. The mask I received isn’t what I expected. The 60-day return policy is a joke. The expectation is that the mask be UNUSED, and in its original packaging. Assuming they approve the return, they’ll only give a partial refund of 60% claiming that the remaining 40% is retained by the company to cover shipping, handling, and promotional costs, except that the CUSTOMER pays for the return shipping, and the company DOES NOT provide a return shipping label! If you purchased a bundled package, they want you to return the e-book provided with the purchase. It’s an e-book! How do you “return” an e-book? Ridiculous, if you ask me! So if you tried using it for the recommended 60-days, and weren’t satisfied with the results, you wouldn’t be able to get even a partial refund of 60% because you used the product! So much for their 60-day guarantee! Useless…
