The dress is perfect! It arrived quickly and the customer service was great!

Packaging and shipping exactly as described- only negative is no exchange or return although I do not need to - dress is gorgeous

The ordering was easy and the gentleman at the store was so accommodating. He knew I had a deadline and he made sure the dress arrived at my house promptly.

The dress arrived in poor condition, poorly packaged, all folded and very wrinkled, and the bag the dress came in was all torn. The bow on the back of the dress was destroyed and very folded.

I never received the dress because they were out of stock and didn't bother to update their website, so i ordered it and had to wait for a refund

I made an inquiry and within 2 or 3 minutes I got a response! I ordered right away. They communicated the process of getting the dress to me through a couple emails, inspected the dress and I got it in the mail. When I unpacked it the dress was perfect! The fit was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous dress and my daughter looks like princess. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and pleasant.

Thank you to one of the owners of Madame Bridal for making the impossible possible. I had an issue with my previous dress, and this was a last-minute order. The owner contacted the manufacturer while I was on the phone, inquiring about a dress. A week later, the dress arrived at my front door just in time for my event. Thank you once again for your help, and the great customer service I received. Five-star doesn't do the justice! The service I received deserves a 10-star rating.

I was looking for a prom dress and had one in mind. I was strolling through Tik Tok and found Ladivine C871. I wanted that dress. Over the course of time, I was debating if I wanted to buy it from Madame Bridal (where the person from tik tok bought it from) or somewhere. I saw good reviews on it. I purchased the item on April 28th and receive it on April 30th. I paid for ground shipping (about 10 days to receive). When I placed the order, I got an email from one of the owners Adam saying thank you for being a first time buy and hoped I enjoyed the dress. When I received the dress, I was stunned on how beautiful and quick it came in. I had a pleasure of receiving it and can’t wait to wear it to prom!!! Also thank you adam for emailing me making sure I loved the dres.

I called regarding a dress & didn't leave a message. The owner called back asking if I was looking for something in particular. I told him about the dress. He said he has one on order and will ship it for free as soon as it comes in. Its here and absolutely beautiful!

Madame Bridal has quite a dress collection for various ages to choose from. Our appointment was a private showing and we were met with excellent, professional, knowledgable and friendly service. The owner was extremely patient with my daughter who tried on over 10 prom dresses. She made the experience pleasant, easy, and exciting by encouraging her to find the dress she would truly love!
