Safer Better Gel Polish
I and my clients like the gel polish. My focus is on more natural services and Madam Glam meets that criteria. The remover is the bomb too! So much easier on my clients natural nails and less time for me filing.

I am Grounded collection
I ordered the September collection, I am grounded. It is gorgeous. I am part of the monthly club so having that monthly membership fee accumulate is nice when I want to get a collection.

The polish is great. I however do NOT like that you have to join a monthly payment VIP group in order to get discounts. If the polish is on sale…it should just be on sale!!

The products are nothing but professional grade and an excellent price. Their VIP plan is a wonderful program. They display the colors as true to life as possible so when you order one you know what you're getting. I was never disappointed in my picks. Their shipping was top notch. Everything was always packaged very securely and arrival time was fair. I never had reason to deal with customer service so I can't comment on it. I love this brand. It's my favorite gel of all I've tried and I highly recommend it.

Great products - Skin Tone Variations on Swatches Needed!
Great products and prompt delivery. That said, it would be super helpful if:
1. Product reviews can be attached to each items vs how they currently have them - which is reviews for a group of colors or a formula type.
2. Color swatches on a variety of skin tones. I’ve unfortunately purchased several colors only to find they don’t match my skin tone. Help your customers make an informed choice from the get go by providing skin tones options.
I am considering cancelling my subscription for these reasons
