I bought a Century Bob XL Freestanding Punch Bag for my 15 year old son for his MMA training at a not inconsiderable cost of £529.99. Despite the item being less than 6 Months old it has failed with a rip in the latex (head) which is steadily gotten worse to the point the head is now almost detached. The company has refused to replace the item and alleges that 'misuse' has taken place rendering the warranty invalid. I'm still waiting for a full explanation as to what specific misuse has taken place and so far this process has taken almost 6 weeks. Given their line of questioning I suspect they are alleging that 'weapons' have been used which clearly isn't the case as any inspection of the item would confirm. This is a 15 year old boy using only mitts and gloves. I've attempted to escalate to the MD with little success thus far. I've been left with little alternative but to issue legals proceedings which I will now do. I won't be using this company again and suggest buyers think very carefully before doing so with this level of after care.

Not sure why this company has quite a few bad reviews but the service I received was excellent. Ordered a Nike rucksack on Thursday 10th February and it arrived on Monday 14th February. They also had a special offer of 15% off all items so had a really good deal. They kept me in the loop regarding dispatch of item as well. Can’t fault this company at all. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Some people just always find something to complain about.

Ordered boxing gloves and received shoes instead. How hard is it to put the correct item in a box?. Not to mention the box stunk of smoke and was ripped in half. Shower of morons.

returned 2 rash guards dur to the sizing, made 4 fighters offered an exchange so i took that, i was told to wait 2 weeks for confirmation what turned into a month, then 2 months then 3 months then after all that waiting i got told they don’t offer exchanges anymore. I still haven’t received a refund on these products these guys are crooks do not buy from them.The customer service is also very robotic and unhelpful

Ordered 5 pairs of gloves for a boxing event. Paid £7.99 for next day delivery so they would arrive in time for the event. One pair arrived. I emailed asking where the others were. Got a reply from Danielle which said that the other gloves had been sent out in a different package and they wouldn't arrive for the date I needed them so she refunded me the next day delivery £7.99. Without asking me whether or not I still wanted the gloves - which I no longer need as they wouldn't arrive in time for the event. Original order placed 26th November. Its not 7th December and they've still not turned up, they haven't refunded me, and no contact from customer services. From the other reviews I'd say this company is a BIG hit or a miss and I'd advise just to avoid if you don't want a potential headache for something that should be exciting.

Bought a century bob from here. When I unboxed it it had scratches all over the front of the torso and on the back. It had scuffs on one shoulder and bubbling on its neck. I was offered 20 pounds refund from these cowboys 😮 1 month after the purchase and polystyrene has started coming out from were the torso is attached to the base stem. It's completely useless after 1 months use! I'd definitely advise anyone who's thinking of purchasing from these rip off merchants to go elsewhere unless you like spending 380 pounds for something that's breaks within a month. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I haven't seen any reviews, anywhere, for the Venum Elite Punch Bag Stand so though I would write one. I ordered mine from Made4Fighters, first paid £20 for delivery and on arrival package was completely burst open and small piece fell out the box when delivery driver took it out the van, lucky he noticed because I didn't, small scrape and dent on punch bag arm no surprise. As for the product bolts listed on instructions don't match the number you get so takes a bit of working out, all bolts used, no pegs for putting weights on in the package, messaged Made4Fighters and they stated that the weights are not included as it says on website, totally agree and understand that but the actual pegs are missing probably rolling around the delivery drivers van. If these pegs rant supplied where do you get them as not sold as seen. Stand itself is good though, time will tell.

I'm sad. I lost money, time and let the buyers down, to whom I promised these kimonos, as I saw that they were already collected in the warehouse and ready for shipment:

On April 30, I placed and paid for the order (Order #435197). Since delivery to my country was not possible, I rented a postal address and service in Germany. After I saw the status that the order was collected and it is ready for shipment, I spent time on registration and calculations in this service in Berlin, so that they were ready to receive my parcel.

After 11 days (May 10), I wrote to the support service and asked when to wait approximately for the collected package. But unfortunately, I was told that these 4 goods (kimono) are not, and we have just issued a refund. It is unclear why before that the status was that it was collected - it means that my order was, just someone took it for themselves. It is also unclear why this became known to me only after 11 days and only after I wrote it myself. What if I hadn't written?

A very unpleasant situation, because since I saw that these kimonos were already assembled in the warehouse and were ready for shipment, I already counted on them and told everyone that they should expect them that they should come soon.

If I quickly found out that these goods were not there, in theory I could have taken others, at that time there were still other goods of interest to me (which are no longer there).

I also spent my time and mental energy: choosing specific goods and placing an order in a store, filling out an address and filling out a special form for the contents of a parcel expected in Berlin. I also ended up losing about six pounds sterling (in terms of pounds sterling) due to the refund. This happened due to currency conversions. It was unpleasant and I was disappointed - given the fact that I have been following you for a long time and had high hopes for long-term cooperation to replenish the assortment of my mini BJJ store from the goods of your store.

There was an offer of free boxing gloves with a wavemaster. There were none available. I emailed before placing order saying that I expected them to honour the deal when available. They ignored the email. I sent another message and they replied saying offer subject to availability and they had not ordered any and would have none for months. Very bad practice. Will not buy from them again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Charged me additional import charge of 60 euro that wasn't mentioned anywhere on their site. Then sent me the wrong product (a single Thai kick pad instead of a pair). Then after weeks of back and forth they sent me the wrong product AGAIN (this time two left kick pads instead of a left and right one). Terrible service, don't know what's going on in their warehouse but I wouldn't buy from them if I were you.

Bought a punchbag and mitts after another well known company totally failed to deliver in nearly 3 weeks. Arrived 36 hours later. Awesome, my new go to fight store!

Ordered many items in the past. Always my go to fight store for BJJ gear, tape, gi's etc.
Good deals and quick, reliable delivery with updates and delivery time estimates.

Great value products, fast delivery - overall would recommend!
