My watch still hasn't arrived. It is the shipping company “Early Bird” that has lost it.
But they need "MAGNUS" to claim compensation. I can’t do it, but "MAGNUS" doesn't answer my mails.
I ordered the watch 16 august..

Still haven’t got my watch…(28 oct).

Poor quality control! Watch came in with a strap that is misaligned and does not lock. Over a week since I sent a video of the issue and yet to hear back. Also, I don't believe the shipping speed was mentioned anywhere and since it came from China, I had to wait a few weeks.

Nice band. An instruction manual or just a little card with directions on how to adjust would've been nice though. Never had a mesh band so had no idea how to use it. And I'm not the only dumb person out there.

The watch feels and looks great! I bought it as a gift for my husband on our anniversary and he absolutely loved it! Worth every penny!

Watches are well made. Excellent quality. Metal band models comes with a tool for removing links to adjust to size of wrist. Nice case too. Watch stands out from the rest.

This watch is very cool. The moving wheel really stands out and makes it unique. It is lightweight and keeps good time. I customized it with the leather band, and highly recommend it.

Saw this ad on FB. Looked at the website to see if it matched the ad, it did. Made my choice. Found the price to be of value, if the product lived up to the offer once delivered. I was well informed about what to expect upon delivery as well as when. Since there was int'l shipping it would take a little longer. I was given tracking information. The product was delivered on time, great presentation, & everything as advertised. I'm pleased w/my purchase, both product & price. I would recommend this product & company.

Not only did my order never come, but the tracking number didn't work with usps when it said they carried it through the US but customer service also told me to talk with usps and they didn't have it as well.

I ordered a watch for my sons 18th birthday (19th August) on the 30th July. Shipped 1 August and I still have not recieved it.
On the 8th August it was on its way then on the 9th August it was back at the depot being assessed for damage! Where is it??
Cant get in touch with Evri (delivery in the UK) as they literally have no Human Customer Service.
I have emailed Magnus customer service and had no response either so far.
Where is my watch...
