Original order (fragile item) was damaged by the delivery company.
A replacement was organised same-day as I notified the company with no issues or disputes, replacement arrived a few days later.
Both times the order was well packaged and arrived swiftly, very happy with the customer service I received

They are professional
I ordered a set that I have had before which is the Viners knife set with potato peeler. That peeler is the business. Real easy on you peeling. The knives are pretty good too.

Arrived ahead of expected delivery date. Ordered a Pyrex bowl I have been looking for and found exactly the right size etc. And some Microfibres cloths that are difficult to find.
