Beware - Awful Return Policy
Mailbox Works's refused to take back a non-custom residential mailbox bracket that I paid $70 for because the manufacturer won't take it back. Huh? That is complete nonsense especially if I am willing to pay the shipping.

Found this site looking for address plaques for our house. They have a very good selection and the details are great. Prices are very reasonable. I think there's something for every price range. The plaque we ordered was perfect for our house and very solid. The only thing I would have liked to see was a little more communication. No shipping info was sent. It just showed up at our door. Other than that, great.

It looks even better than the picture. We just remodeled the outside of our home and it was just the right touch, We also purchased the solar light to go with it so the address would be visible at night.

Beautiful and functional
The mailbox arrived sooner than expected. The puppy design is absolutely adorable. The flag on the side seems a little bit loose and isn’t firmly held in place when raised. The biggest challenge was finding the correct size mounting board for the post. Directions said 5 7/8 inch width. I called to verify that since I was only finding 6 inch widths. I was told that a 6 inch wide board should fit it properly. I bought one. It did not fit. A friend ended up cutting a piece of wood to size to mount the mailbox on the post .

DELAYED/LATE ORDER
I placed my order in March. It is May 30 and I still do not have my order. Two orders were placed because I did not receive the first order. I was told I'd receive the second order on May 24 and I still do not have it.

Not happy with the purchase my mailbox…
Not happy with the purchase my mailbox after a long wait to receive it arrived damaged. I contacted Customer Service and I was informed that someone will contact me by the end of the day that was Thursday May 25th 2023 and I still waiting for the call till today May 29, 2023. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am very disappointed.
