I have to say I’m not quick to write a review usually but on this occasion I have to give credit to Mai and her team for the most professional service they provided me and successfully helped me in buying my dream home. Being self-employed and with limited lending options this company was able to advise me and find me lender that accept financial position as company owners during the pandemic it wasn’t easy and to keep the cash flow and for many similar people they would agree that COVID-19 has messed up their references and financial position to secure a normal mortgage or any mortgage at all. But regardless Mai herself exceeded all our expectations. She gave us good recommendations and throughout the whole process she was our point of contact and was always easy to get hold of. Mai and here team was always Reassuring and on top of that they went out of their way as the medium between us and lender between us and our Solicitors. My husband and I are absolutely over the moon with our purchase that we have been pursuing for over 10 months. Mình đã thử xin mortgage ở ngân hàng khác nhưng bị từ chối trước đó, tưởng rằng không còn hy vọng nào khác, trong khi đi hỏi vài nơi cũng nói là thu nhập của gia đình mình không cao nên cũng rất khó để vay đủ số tiền cho căn nhà mình mong ước.
