I have placed an order on the 5th of December, now it is been two weeks and something, I still have not received my parcel..read the reviews online..I am afraid I will not get my package. The delivery company site says "parcel has not arrived to customs" although MAKEUPSTORE sent an email saying "sent". Should I be worried?
UPDATE: I recieved the package on the 30th of December, it arrived to my home, everything went well. The products came well-packed! THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SCAM! They have amazing products with really affordable prices, the problem is that it TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THE PARCEL TO ARRIVE. I will still consider purchasing from them.

I don’t understand all those bad reviews. I received my order yesterday, all good, nothing missing or broken, shipping was about 5-6 business days.

Never received my package.

I had a terrible experience with Makeupstore. I placed an order on October 22, and even though the site promised a maximum 12-day delivery, it's now been over 18 days with no updates since October 31. I've tried to reach out multiple times, but there’s been no helpful response or clear delivery estimate. Very disappointing service!

I received my first order OK, so I went into the website to make another purchase. I put all the the items in my cart, but when I proceeded to payment, suddenly I noticed that the amount doesn't reflect the prices - in the few minutes that it took me to finish selecting items they've increased the prices of the items!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!
I wrote to them and got very unhelpful answers from their 'customer service' which led me to conclude that I'll never buy from this website again.
(They claimed a new batch was received from their supplier who had increased the price - seriously? in the exact few minutes it took me to try to place my order???!!)

I’ve used this company twice and found them very efficient. Their customer service answered questions promptly and the goods I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and on time.

Я сделала заказ из Израиля месяц назад, до сих пор нет посылки, я связалась с транспортной компанией, мне сказали моя посылка утеряна . я обратилась MAKEUPSTORE , предоставила все доказательства ,но в ответ тишина , ни посылки , ни возврат денег . ужасное обслуживание клиентов.

I was suspicious of this website, especially after reading some of the reviews. I made a small order and paid with PayPal, just to be sure.
It went well, I got my package delivered to my house 8 days after I placed the order and the products seem legit and unharmed.

Don’t buy there ever!!!!

Do not ever order from here. I placed an order a month ago still no package and company dosent give any clear answers. They said they shipped it and told me to reach out to shipping company and when I did they advised they never RECIEVED a package and MAKEUPSTORE refuses to give any clear answer even when I provided proof from the shipping company . they barley answer terrible customer service. This place is definitely a scam , they keep giving the same answer it’s in transit but can never locate where it’s in transit even though it’s been a month. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Horrible experience with this store, do not recommend.

I recently placed an order with the store, only to have it canceled a week later. The reason? I failed to pick up a call from an unknown number, which turned out to be Makeupstore IL trying to inform me about the payment for my order ( amount), which I was already aware of ( and paid obviously).

I feel not comfortable answering unknown phone calls, and such a practice seems somewhat outdated and inconvenient. Losing a week of delivery time due to this incident is frustrating, to say the least.

Do not waste your time.

Delivery arrived within a week and a half to Israel. Everything in this shipment mainly with products of the company: curoprox. Everything is in original packaging and everything is preserved. Thank you for your faithful work.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience and want to warn you against buying from Makupstore. I received four of five items in my order unpacked (no plastic cover at all) with no safety seals. The lipstick was damaged. You shouldn't use unsealed cosmetic products on your skin, it's unsafe for your health and breaks sanitary requirements.
Their customer service had been considering my complaint for two weeks and the reply was remarkable: "It is up to the manufacturer to decide whether to include safety seals on their products, it is not a defect. Regarding the photos of the lipstick you sent us, the tip of the lipstick was slightly damaged against the cap during transportation, which does not affect its overall quality." As compensation, they made me a generous offer – 10 ILS (about 2 USD) discount on my next order.

If you are in Israel please mind the 17% custom fee for your order (the store is not in Israel).
I sent the refund form for a damaged product through the official website but was never replied.

I waited almost two months for delivery. I was able to receive 4 times delivery from China during this time!

I ordered a parcel of total cost a total of 300 USD they said that the parcel got delivered when I checked with the delivery company they showed someone signed the parcel but it was not my signature when I called the store they said that it was not their responsibility that I lost my money and don't get my item and the delivery ignoring me company name gaash and the makeup store ignoring too

I have ordered big order, salt scrub was not properly packaged and leaked all the oil there was. It also ruined all the carton boxes in the package. I was offered 5 dollars discount on my next order. Took ages to even answer. Never ordering from them again.

Just received my first order from this online shop, which sells both well-known and lesser-known cosmetics and perfumes. Order arrived quickly, well packed and exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. Prices are reasonable and a huge plus, extremely reasonable shipping. Very good customer care with queries answered promptly. Site is very easy to navigate.

I have no hesitancy in purchasing from this site again.

Shame! I ordered a perfume that arrived quickly, but it leaked in transit, causing me to lose some of the eau de parfum, and damaged the label. it was a gift for my wife - shame. I asked for a refund or a new product and all I got from customer service was a $5 discount on my next purchase.
