Resposta da Malenzo
Hi Kumar,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
As you know as we have spoke via email we refunded you for the out of stock/missing item. Although I understand you are frustrated, a 1 star review for this seems a little harsh!
We hope you could see fit to amend,
Kind regards
James

Customer Service?
Purchased a long sleeve polo which was unfortunately too small so had to return. This is where the problems start. Been 2 weeks now and still no refund or response from Malenzo. Shame because the quality is superb. Just unfortunate that the returns process is extremely poor. UPDATE- Refund now received and Rating updated to 3 stars.
