A very attractive website with pretty dresses appropriate for my age group. Delivery was slow but trackable.
Communication with customer services was efficient. When the dresses arrived they are of good quality and fit well.

I bought a dress from this organisation.
Ordered 22nd July arrived 30th July . It was nothing like the picture representing the dress on their website. The fabric was thick and poor quality, it does not hang in the same was as the picture. The patterns on the dress were bright and garish unlike the pretty and muted colours in the website. I have contacted them via their "contact us form" on their website. But had no reply. I have emailed them -no reply. I have re sent an email today. I have also contacted my bank.

Bought two dresses thinking the shop was local. Took ages to arrive . Extremely poor quality. Wanted to return but is a lengthy process and would have cost £25 . It’s a clever scam . Do not be fooled .

Dress is made of cheap material and is not worth the price at all avoid at all costs! Shops from China so takes weeks to arrive and would cost £25 postage to return!!!!

Asked Manchester Boutique if they had a shop before purchase, advised online only. Never told from China, took ages to be delivered, arrived package ripped open, cheap and nasty material and waistband all scrunched. Ask customer service forcretun, offered me 30% off to keep, now saying costly to send back as tracking all the way to China. Address on front not Chiba. I feel I have been scamed

I bought a dress which was like a rag so I tried to return it. Only to be given 3 options pay $9.95 and get another item, keep the dress and get 10% off or return it. I chose to return it only to get another email saying it needed to be returned by a tracked delivery service to china and there would be import and customs charges and I wouldn’t get a refund until it arrived in the warehouse in china. The cost of returning could have mounted to more than the cost of the dress £35 so I eventually gave in and accepted 10% off which arrived in my bank account within 2 days however I have paid £20 for a dress which I don’t want and won’t wear. Be careful with this company.

Took a long time to arrive and it was only then I realised the dresses were coming from China. The picture of the dresses on the website does not match the dresses themselves. They look like cotton but are infact a manmade nylon type materials more akin to a nightdress.
To return you have to pay £25 shipping costs to China.
This is not a European outlet as shown in the picture but manufactured in China and shipped from China.

Basically I pay another £9.95, or only get back 30%, or pay over £25 or possibly more to return the item.
This means either way I cannot return without losing money.

I am currently trying to return items to this company. Like other customers I was tricked into buying 2 of the same item and couldn’t cancel it. The material of the dresses I received was very poor and not representative of the photos. The communication regarding the return has been excellent however the options for a return are bizarre. I have been offered only a 30% refund rather than return the dresses. The returns process to China is complex and could involve additional costs. They have deliberately made the process difficult. I don’t advise buying from this company

Definitely not from a boutique in Manchester! Items took almost a month to arrive and when they did, sizing was poor, material was very cheap and the items were badly made. It's a shame as designs are good but not very overpriced, even at 50% off! Obviously from China so not worth sending back.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, came from China (not Manchester) and didn't fit. Followed instructions to return which says reply to the email and someone will be in touch with you. Its been over 1 week and nothing. I notice they say its will cost £25 to return items (suppose that's to China) I also saw you have to return within 14 days but if they don't answer you email !!!

The product was lovely. Beautiful green material.
Packaging/presentation, a ziplock bag inside a plastic parcel bag, didn’t scream ‘Boutique’.
As it was 22-24, it ended up being folded into many tiny squares.
As to true to size, it didn’t fit across the bust, quite, and I do not regard myself as busty. However, I didn’t buy it to wear as a dress, I bought it to wear open, over a dress or vest and trousers, which is perfect. That said it would have been nice if it was larger, but the stigma of buying something that is labelled 5XL isn’t nice, but then that is a me problem not a you problem.
It would have been nice to see modelled on a plus size model, as the advert is on a very slim lady, again a me problem.
I am glad I bought it at half price, had I paid £70, and it been delivered/presented as it was I would have been somewhat disappointed, as it arrived in the packaging it was sent to the company in.
Also 48 hour tracked parcel, doesn’t mean from seller to customer, it took 13 days to get to me.

Received my dress within a reasonable time. It’s a good length however the quality of the fabric is not what I was expecting considering the original price as advertised. The quality of the finish is acceptable. The positive aspect is it has pockets!

The dress is absolutely gorgeous and feels lovely...it is very long as I am only 5ft but I am having it taken up then I know it will be one of my favourites to go to

The first two items I ordered were of good quality and they are wearable beng true to sizing. Hence I decided to purchase two more dresses. They arrived in time. However, this time both items sizing was supposed to be a Medium again which they were not. They did not look like the picture advertised. To wear one item I would have to be stretched by 10in in height and slim down to a size 4. The other dress was not anything like the image shown and this time I would have to shrink by height by 6in and be a size 4. My normal size is 8/10. I have tried to contact the customer service team with out success. They have not responded to any of my communications.

My advise is to avoid this company. Do not support their business by purchasing any items from them you have been warned...

I have responded to the customer service team. My concerns has not been addressed. Zero contact from this company or regarding refund or return.

Apart from seeming a long time in receiving my item I was kept informed. I was pleased with the cardigan and it was worth the wait.

Love my cardigan. Good quality. Only complaint was delivery time but will factor it in next time.

The dress I have received is absolute rubbish & nothing like the dress in your pictures.

The dress is lovely and looks good on, slightly disappointed with the material used to make it but on the whole very happy with my purchase.

Straightforward to order. Delivery took longer than I expected but was informed of progress at every stage.
Pleased with the appearance of the cardigan I ordered. Fits well and true to the suggested measurements. Looks good. Haven’t washed it yet so cannot comment on its durability. But so far, so good.
