Ordered towel bathrobe on 14 th January and still waiting for delivery. Site says dedpatch within 2 days not 3 weeks. Wondering if it's a con.

I purchased up to $400 worth of linen for my grandmother. The fabric wasn’t as per the picture on the website, and there was a pillowcase missing. I flagged this via email and returned all the goods via post at my expense. I never received a refund, they simply avoided any communication with me. Unfortunately, I’ve had to give up. Super dodgy, I would never use them again. EDITED - so you didn’t refund me but you received the goods right? Such a rip off. I’ll never use your services again. I think this is the most poor display of service ever. I’m annoyed, disappointed and frustrated that I wasted money on a product that wasn’t as advertised and had a missing pillow case. Like come on mate, the least you could do is give me my money back. Don’t play innocent here. It’s completely uncalled for.

The Manchester purchased from you is the best quality. I love it, the sheets are great, that I purchased recently.

Purchased 2 feather king size pillows. As always I put pillow protectors on them, to find that even with a pillowcase sharp ends poke through. Not just the odd one but up to 10 at a time making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Even though I explained this it was suggested I use pillow protectors.
(so right now I don't feel like this company really even reads the greavance) So now I have had to buy another set of pillow protectors. These pillows should come with warning.

I have now purchased two comforter sets, one for my bed and one for the guest bedroom. They are wonderful, soft, warm and so light I never suffer cramped feet any more. They look fantastic and the beds are simple and quick to make. Love them!

I am so impressed with both the fabulous quality of the goods and the incredible service, in particular the speed of delivery from Manchesterfactory. Their description of the goods when I was considering the purchase was, to say the least conservative. The goods have exceeded all my expectations to the point that this is my second purchase. I absolutely love my fleese comforter. It's light weight but super warm and cosy.

Light fluffy and very warm,ideal for winter and summer,stays on bed does not slip off,hard to get covers for a super king bed,looks inviting when on bed.

Happy with the time it took to receive my parcel. It fits really well and love how soft and cosy it is.

I have just purchased a King sized quilt for our bed. It arrived within a week of ordering, elegant & so warm . We are sleeping so much better, no electric blanket needed. Sizing is great plenty of over hang on the bed.

These comforters are amazing. I've never been as warm and comfortable as I am now. It's harder than ever to get out of bed. When my partner and I both placed orders for more without mentioning it to each other we found we had too many. Manchester Factory were very understanding and returning was not an issue. I ordered the snuggle fleece comforter in super king size. It arrived in a couple of days and I love it. Size is great for a bed cover as it hangs below the mattress on all 3 sides. It is beautifully soft and warm and also lightweight. Makes bed making easier as we now only need a sheet and the comforter. Jennifer
