I was supposed to be part of a small training group today with Karen, however no one else turned up! But rather than turning me away she did 1 to 1 training with me and it was fantastic. She asked me what I knew ( having been a first aider over 15 years ago) and updated me. It was really useful. I remembered things I’d forgotten and learned much more. Karen is really friendly and a great teacher. Can’t thank her enough

Jo was extremely passionate about first aid and it came across in her training. All the staff really enjoyed the training. We have used Manchester First Aid for many years now and their training gets better every time. We wouldn’t use any other.

The practical workshop today supported and complimented the on-line training.

The experience was fun and easy to learn with the trainer. He made it interesting to understand the casualties and techniques.

Learning first aid skills with Jo was great. It was very easy to follow with Jo being very entertaining. Any questions and scenario’s asked was answered and concerns addressed. This was a great training session would will definitely be doing it again when in need to refresh my knowledge.

Great trainer, he was interesting and very knowledgeable. He explained things very clearly. Very much enjoyed my first aid training.

Nathan had to step in last minute to carry out training and we really appreciated him doing this.
He did a great job and would definitely recommend Nathan training more staff at our school.

Our trainer Karen made it fun and engaging but she was also very accommodating. She took her time to make sure we understood everything and always asked us if we had questions about anything and that if we did it was OK to ask. Very informative but understandable at the same time too.
