Bought a couple of different models as gifts. When I had an issue and reached out Customer Service, their team member Karleen G. was incredibly kind, friendly, and quick to help resolve my concern. In my opinion, a company is only as good as its Customer Service. That said, Manta Sleep is A1 in my book.

Imagine My Surprise!
I was looking for an alternative to my foam ear plugs to block my husband’s snoring, so I tried the Manta ear plugs. They looked like a great idea! Unfortunately, they didn’t fit to seal in my ears. I reached out to the company for a return. Imagine my surprise, when they immediately refunded my purchase and told me I could keep the ear plugs and pass them along to someone else to try! What a great company to engage with! I was very pleased!

Repeat purchase and it was fast and easy
The purchase was fast and easy. I bought my first mask from Manta in 2019, and went on to buy them for my kids because they are so soft and comfortable and really block out the light. My first mask finally lost its shape and it was time to replace it.

I love the full blockout and soft…
I love the full blockout and soft materials. Having the lower sides is essential for me, since I usually fall asleep on my right side. I also love that these masks fit above the ears and do not deform your ears when you wear it to sleep. Lastly, the amazing not-velcro velcro is fantastic! Does not tangle in your hair or create scratchy edges!

Great product when working - too expensive to break so quickly
I want to be fair to manta sleep, as the product itself when it works is fantastic. I ordered two Manta Sleep audio headphones for the steep price of over £300 for both. We are both night shift workers and struggle to sleep in the day, and these are fantastic for helping. Personally I use ASMR whilst my partner listens to music. They are comfy, non-obtrusive on the eyes, and the sound quality is great. I have used my pair essentially every night since I have bought them and loved them.
However, my partner uses his very infrequently (think once a month) and having not had them even two years I believe one of the ear phones stopped playing audio. I understand that these are now outside their warranty, but I emailed the customer service address to ask for advice on maybe just replacing the earphone or what suggestions they might have.
I sent this email a few weeks ago and have had no response. I feel very let down and disappointed by the customer services because it truly is a fantastic product when it works, but I don’t feel I can justify over £150 for another pair when my partner has only had his for around two years. I feel that for such a steep price they should have a longer shelf life (my similarly priced Sony earbuds have been going strong for over 5 years now).
(edit - as per the reply, the customer service did respond but unfortunately landed in my junk! I have adjusted my rating accordingly but wanted to leave most of the original comments for clarity on the reply)
Overall, great product (if! It works).
