Notre société a mis fin à la collaboration dès avril 2024 après de multiples dysfonctionnements : retards, désorganisation, absence de suivi et facturations anticipées pour des services non réalisés.
Malgré une résiliation claire et écrite, confirmée par leurs équipes, nous recevons plus d’un an plus tard une mise en recouvrement injustifiée de plus de 10 000 € !

Un comportement totalement contraire à l’éthique professionnelle et à la relation client : aucune considération, aucun respect des échanges, aucune cohérence interne.
Une expérience à fuir pour toute entreprise qui recherche du sérieux et de la fiabilité.

We use Flow Training as a provider of training for my team, the flow platform is great however since it has been taken over by mapal-os.com customer service is a joke.
I have a real issue getting the platform to work as since the changeover i have received no training I reached out for help and asked for a phone call to be told they don't have phones in there office.
What a joke.

you've been warned.
if you have the really unfortunate reason to be with this provider, sprint in the other direction and find any other company. They are utterly appalling. Surpassed only by their attitude and lack of helpfulness. Management a total disgrace. Everybody hiding. shameless blaming everybody else but them. the biggest joke I ever had the misfortune of encountering.
