Material on clothing are unmatched won’t find a better feeling wardrobe. Love this brand, easy to use website and store has brilliant customer service. These sale items are an absolute steal.

My order was eligible for next day…
My order was eligible for next day delivery but Marai were unsure if they could make that as they didn’t have one part of my order to hand. The guys rang me to ask what I wanted to do & were great. In the end my order did arrive the following day but it’s great that they get in touch to explain what’s going on

rubbish customer service
I ordered a medium and on the website it still says free returns. I had to pay postage on return and when it arrived back to me they didn't want to swap for a smaller size because it had "signs of wear" keep in mind i wore it once to try on.

First of all we would like to apologise that you were unhappy with how your issue was dealt with.
After looking into the situation myself, I can see that a member of our returns team emailed you back about how the return broke several of our returns policies which can be found on our site here: https://marai.co.uk/policies/refund-policy
For example, the item had clear signs of wear and was not in a sellable condition as decided by our returns team. Furthermore, the item was missing the original tags, which instantly nulls the chance for an exchange or return. Finally, it has been our policy to not offer free returns for over a year now which can also be clearly seen on our site and in our returns and exchange policy on the first line of the opening paragraph.
As we are a small team, customer relations are very important to us, and we would never resell an item that we would not be happy with our customers receiving meaning returns or exchanges are held to a high standard, as we are sure you would not be happy to receive a new item that had clear signs of wear from a company.

Great delivery service
Great delivery service. Product is quality, really nice fit and washes well. Had a return to make, as the product didn’t suit me, I messed that up and the customer service was really helpful and very quick to respond. Already ordering other clothing items.
