I ordered a strap and received the wrong one. On day three of calling customer service. First representative lied. The second one made it clear that he didn't care and I was bothering him by calling. Will keep trying until I at least get my money back.

Poor Customer Service
We ordered a medium tote bag paid full price they shipped a small! We were told we had to return the bag to receive refund even though error was on their end! Bag was shipped…they received and told us we still have to wait 10 days for a refund. Customer service options suck! They could’ve offered for me to keep the bag and refund the difference I mean something. There’s gotta be more to appease the customer when the retailer is at fault!

NOT RELIABLE
I ordered 2 handbags and a wallet for a Christmas gift, I only received one handbag and the wallet (the missing item is 440 euros, which is a significant amount). I am in France, there is no way to contact the customer service except by message. I sent confirmation emails, pictures of the package and labels. It's been 10 days now, I just received an email a week ago telling me that my complaint was transferred to the competent team and I still have no answer. My order has disappeared from the marcjacobs.com website. I get the following message when I search for it "SOMETHING WENT WRONG We're just as confused as you are right now. Let's go back and act like this never happened"! I have never experienced such a problem with a merchant webwite, I will let you know if I get a refund for the missing item. For the moment my experience is that marcjacobs.com is NOT RELIABLE.

I ordered two purses at the same time and only received one. I called to find out why I only received one. I was told it happens sometimes and was assured that the second one would be delivered before Christmas. I called today because I still haven’t received a the purse nor confirmation email and was told it was cancelled. Three days before Christmas.. I didn’t receive any notification. I’m pissed tf off.. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned, I’ll never ever purchase a product from Marc Jacobs again. Now I have to find a last minute gift 😤.

Double charged and missing items
Ordered a purse for my wife about six weeks ago with two shoulder straps. Received the purse in the mail with one of the shoulder straps, but the other one was missing. Called customer support, more or less received no answer about the whereabouts of the missing shoulder strap. In the coming weeks, I would receive five different emails regarding my order. Final email just said that it was out of stock, so they canceled the order. Then their next move was to charge me AGAIN for the price of the order minus the missing shoulder strap. So as it stands now, I’ve paid TWICE for an order I made and I didn’t even receive all of the items. They claim to be sending me a refund for the amount they most recently charged me for. Why would they not just refund me the price of the shoulder strap that THEY incorrectly claimed was in stock? This supposed refund takes 7-10 business days before I might see it. I have zero faith at this point I’ll receive any sort of refund. But they can take my money immediately even though it’s THEIR MISTAKE. But hey…they sent me an apology email with a 20% coupon for my next order. Laughable.

If there was a zero star I would give it. SCAMMERS ! I returned a sneakers from them with the label I got out the box and they said they never received it and they only ship UPS however the label was USPS with a 3rd patty shipper Pitney Bowes. Still waiting on my money back from them. I WILL NEVER buy another MARC JACOBS product

First AND LAST time I’ll ever purchase anything from Marc Jacobs website. I may not even buy in person at this point. I ordered on Nov 27 2022, this gorgeous rhinestone mini bag. It had been sold out and then restocked so I was super excited about it. On December 2nd 2022 I got an email that stated there was a high volume of orders and there is a delay in shipping but that my order will be shipped ASAP. Today, wondering when the heck it will ship, I put in the order number on the site and find out that my order has been CANCELLED! What the hell! I am actually so upset. I bought it for myself for Christmas and now it won’t be arriving and they are sold out again. Very disappointing. I cannot believe they updated me on my order promising to ship soon when they indeed cancelled it. Just ridiculous.

If I could give them a zero I would. I will not consider them a designer brand any longer. What designer brand does that e a refund policy for you to get your money back at least the 1st 14-21 days, or even explain the return policy during the purchase? I don’t wear it but bought a bucket bag for my daughter and wanted to return it because I found the exact color she liked later on that week so now I’m stuck and out of $500 for a bag that I don’t even wear. I called, sent emails to store manager and it has been two days and still no response.

Ordered online on Oct 15 with a French card didn't go through so I tried a canadian card which did. I reached out to them to understand why my french card was still debited although it says declined they mentioned they couldn't debit it and the preauthorisation was refunded. To then, see my French card debited 3 weeks later, after I received my order with my canadian card. Couldn't cancel my order, I am now asking for a refund they don't want to refund the taxes. For your sanity don't buy there

Ordered Marc jacobs boots 3 weeks ago. Item wasn’t shipped still, ignoring all messages to cancel it. I no longer need it as it was for a birthday gift, got something else. Holding money hostage literally. awful!!!! Don’t buy from their online store. E-global who deals for them with orders is a mess.
Bad company
Returned a bag, it took about a month or more for them to confirm that they got my product back. I messaged about 3 or 4 times and they took a month to confirm my refund. My mistake was to email them so many time so finally I called and was told my refund was completed on October 13. Mind you it is now November 28 and was told twice by 2 ladies and a supervisor that my refund was completed in October. I went to October 13 thinking I made a mistake NOPE , no bank statement regarding a refund therefore I had to dispute this charge and all of a sudden a couple days later NOW they are saying , you will receive your refund which thankfully I did. It took 3 months to get an answer and a refund. I will never buy from this company ever again!!! Bad company and customer service!!!!
