Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service! The courier company lost my bag during the shipment. I try to request a refund from Marc Jacobs since 1 week but I can't reach out to anyone, Customer Service don't reply the emails. I keep trying for a refund. There is no telephone number to call, only email address and they don't reply to emails. We pay a lot to these things, this customer service is unacceptable.
I bought glasses
I bought glasses. Frame is sooo expensive n sooooo bad that it keeps bending n get loose for my face . I’ve to visit store every now n then to get is fixed. It’s very annoying
The worst service ever!
Pl don’t order if you are an international customer! Ordered the leather tote bag waited all day for the package to arrive. It arrived and when I opened it was gutted they sent me the wrong bag! They sent me the cloth bag instead! So as you cannot contact them other than through email, I did and no one got back to me till three days after! They were not really apologetic and said I had to ship the bag back and order the one I wanted again! Fuming with this response honestly, I sent another email asking if they can send me the one I paid for and if they could organise DHL to collect the wrong item for me! No response! I emailed again no response! So having no choice I had to venture out with my two month old baby and toddler to return the item! I still have not got my refund despite emailing them again! Multi million dollar company with rubbish customer service! Never have I experienced this whether shopping in Walmart or a high end store! Pl educate your staff Marc Jacobs!
Seriously the worst customer service
Seriously the worst customer service. I placed an order on February 24th. I bought the red wallet and red medium tote. I've called and spoke to someone 3 times. And still no one has an answer to where the tracking information is. Every time I called, someone said give it 7 -10 business days, on the website says 3-5 business days. Due to high order volume, its going to take time to ship. But when i got home yesterday, i received just the wallet no purse. I called again asked why i haven't received an email notification with the shipping information. So then women put me on hold to get in touch with warehouse still can't give me any information. Its so unorganized. I won't ever order from Marc jacobs site again

Reviews scared me but there was no need
Made a purchase without realising it was overseas. Came across these reviews when searching for any extra shipping charges.
The reviews freaked me out so I tried to cancel the order. Customer service was very speedy and friendly but they said they couldn't do anything to help as it was overseas and i would have to contact Global E. I messaged Global E on the day I ordered to cancel but they said they couldn't do anything as shipment already started (they weren't so quick to respond, about two days) That was fine as I was hoping they couldn't cancel anyway as I really wanted my order!
My order arrived in less than two weeks from placing an order. Very great service from DHL (the courier). There was no hidden shipping charges at all so I'm assuming that was in the price of my purchase.
Very great service overall. I'm really happy. I can only assume the people who were happy with their orders don't feel the need to review.

My tote denim bag finally came in today feb 28,2023, I ordered feb 8th 2023 , it’s slow shipping and it did come UPS. My payment was pending for awhile through PayPal, they finally shipped out, I did get it. Hopefully I don’t have to buy anything else from them lol

Ordered an item, I was told that due to demand items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched, 13 days later my item is still being prepared. £335 for a bag that still has yet to be dispatched. I’ve emailed numerous times and can’t seem to get anyone who has a notion. I’ve been told that due to demand it’s taking longer than expected, emailed asking to cancel order and they refuse even though it’s not been dispatched or anything. Terrible company, terrible staff, unpleasant isn’t the word.
It’s not all bad!
I was so worried after placing an order and then checking their reviews however my order came within 4 business days of shipping as promised and the bag was perfect and looks awesome. Their customer service is terrible as they still haven’t replied to my original email weeks later but if you don’t have issues you should be ok. Don’t despair if you’ve already ordered and are in the UK.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Ordered 2 items back on Jan 19, 2023. Received only 1. It is February 16, 2023 and I still have NOT received the 2nd item. Oh, but I did get charged for it very quickly. Called countless times their customer service number 1-877-707-6272 to hear that they can't help because it's an international order (I'm in Canada). Have emailed the "Marc Jacobs Customer Support Team" customerservice @ marcjacobs.com EVERY SINGLE DAY and no response. Certainly my LAST TIME buying from these guys. In this day and age, this is COMPLETELY INADMISSIBLE!!
Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience! Don’t ever order from them. I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a tote almost a month ago. They took my money right away but no one will answer where the bag is. They keep saying it’s an “international” order so there is nothing they can do. So infuriating. They refuse to cancel the order.

Didn't receive my full order, now I'm out $500!
I ordered a tote and wristlet, but only received the wristlet. Just got off the phone with "customer service" and she states she will open a claim. The single tracking number assumes they were sent in the same package, but the wristlet came in a black envelope/document size package, so clearly it could never have had the tote in it. I'm out $500+ dollars and still don't have a bag and have no way of cancelling the order because as far as they are concerned, the order was fulfilled. This is infuriating!

We ordered a medium toto marc Jacob's tote bag for a Christmas present and when it came we got the small tote bag instead for $199usd but again we ordered a medium sized but they charged us $293usd even though it was the incorrect and cheaper bag. Now they are not budging to refund back my card. This is the worst designer company ever, never ever shop with this company again. They are over priced plus there totes are actually ugly. I hope everyone can read this comment so you won't make the same mistake that we made. This is very unprofessional for a huge company that gets a lot of attention and it's unfortunate for the people who want to wear there products. They are a fraud and thats how they strive in their business by ripping off innocent customers who put their money towards the products they produce.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company, ordered a tote bag which arrived with a stain on it, did not include a return slip. Got in contact and took ages to reply, still not received a return slip and have not heard anything back two emails later!

Ordered a J bag on 1st Jan, paid in full. Still waiting on customer service to respond to the three emails I've sent to inform me of delivery date on 17th Jan. Beware this website would appear to be a scam!

100% happy! I ordered 2 Tote Bags on Sunday 1/8, and received them Thursday 1/12. Used regular free shipping option from the actual marcjacobs.com website. Bags arrived in perfect condition. I was so scared after reading so many bad reviews here- so not sure what happened to those people. And yes, I’m a real person, not a fake review here.
