I would not recommend the canvas tote
I would not recommend the canvas tote! We purchased as a gift for our daughter. It arrived in January and the black wad faded by June. We wrote Marc Jacob's customer service and they advised "If the purchase was made on marcjacobs.com, we do not offer repairs or replacements parts—however, we are eager to help." Funny that other companies offer warranties including brands like Gucci who offers bag repair and North Face has lifetime guarantee.
I ordered 2 items
I ordered 2 items. The Marc Jacobs company uses UPS as their delivery service. The delivery was attempted but in the event that I was not home, I figured they would leave it at a pick up location. Instead it was sent back to the company. I spoke to UPS, and they stated they couldn't do anything. I spoke to a rep in Marc Jacobs and they said unfortunately they could not do anything but return my money back in 10 business days. I was unable to purchase these items again because they were sold out. So I just lost out on what I wanted, with no one trying to resolve the issue.

Le 30/07 on m’a offert un Tote Bag en tissu noir pour mon anniversaire et je constate qu’aujourd’hui le 20/08 soit moins d’un mois après il est décoloré alors qu’il n’est jamais resté en plein soleil mais utilisé comme un sac doit l’être .ce doit être un problème récurrent car je viens de lire d’autres avis indiquant le même problème.Pourquoi continuez à le vendre dans ce cas si le problème est connu ?ou alors revoir la qualité et surtout pour un sac en tissu de ce prix!!
Canvas bag speckled with mold!
I opened my Marc Jacobs medium canvas tote bag today as soon as it arrived. It was speckled with white mold!! I am really disappointed! I guarantee you that if Cardi B (the rapper on the website promoting these) were purchasing one, it would arrive in a limo with a bodyguard but because I'm a nobody from Baldwinsville, I get trash! I'm a hard working individual and deserve to be treated as such especially when purchasing what I thought to be, a higher end item!

Well seem like when you order from the website…you would think you getting your bag from the store but it’s coming from a warehouse here in South Carolina. The bag came flat..no stuffings inside the bag. Very disappointed! For the prices of these bag you would expect much better quality. Will never order from them again! AND IM RETURNING THE BAG!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, you can’t even speak to a person it is down through a robot. I have to cancel an order and have heard nothing for over a week leaving me worried for where or if I will have my money returned. Please order through Harrods or Selfridges if ordering in UK, as this is probably the worst customer services I have ever seen.
Kwaliteit tote-bag is slecht
Mijn tote-bag van ruim 500,- ging kapot op het handvat. Omdat de tas nog geen jaar oud was contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Marc Jacobs. Deze reageerde snel en inn kn moest foto’s en een betaalbewijs doorgeven. Daarna zelf maar na 1 maand contact opgenomen omdat er geen reactie kwam. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg was dat de verf eraf was en dit normaal was na bijna 1 jaar. Op de foto is duidelijk te zien dat het stuk is. Als tegemoetkoming een kortingscode van 15% korting. Nogmaals gereageerd, maar tot op heden geen antwoord gekregen. Jammer. Voor een kwalitatieve tas kun je beter een ander merk aanschaffen.
Sac "Tote bag" noir
J'ai acheté un sac "Tote Bag" en tissus il y a environ 6 mois. A l'heure actuelle il est tout décoloré, il tire vers le marron alors que de base il est noir. Je l'ai lavé mais rien y fais. Pour un sac à ce prix je trouve ça dommage surtout qu'il n'est jamais resté en plein soleil, n'a jamais été aspergé de produit ou quoi que ce soit. J'ai fini par le recolorer avec de la teinture, on verra bien si ça tient dans le temps.

Such a rip off and their jewelry has horrible reviews. I should’ve read them before my purchase and I’m sorry I didn’t . There are literally hundreds of unhappy customers. That are being ignored after their purchase. I feel like I’ve been ripped off by a multi million dollar company. To be ignored after a purchase, is the absolute WORST. I have many bags and I love the perfume. I will never spend another dime with a company that has zero respect for the clientele that has made them successful.

Ho letto tantissime recensioni negative e non sono per nulla d’accordo. Credo sia necessario controllare che il sito sia quello ufficiale prima di ordinare, non avrete problemi. Il pacco è arrivato in perfette condizioni, ovviamente dovete tenere conto delle regole di importazione dell’Italia. Il sito è americano, leggete cosa comporta importare da lì e potrete stare tranquilli.

Worst customer service ever, the company changing the prices every day.
I bought a bag first day of sale and second day they just changed the discount and they just took a case number for adjustment and left the case opened for several days. However I requested to make a refund so they asked me to pay for shipping though they didn’t mention any thing about return shipping cost in their policy. On the top of that you can’t contact the international customer service through phone.😡😡

Marc Jacobs the finished inanimate objects you design may be popular but the trend to use and abuse living animals for their skins and furs is extremely outdated and barbaric!
When will you be a design leader/innovator and start using ONLY sustainable cruelty free vegan options on a regular continuous basis? Transitioning from sentient animals to plant-based leathers compliments MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS professed values and morals, guaranteed! Just think of this question being asked to your customers: "Would you deliberately hurt an animal if it was unnecessary?"

Regrettably, upon contacting the company, they attributed the damage to ‘wear and tear,’ despite the brief period of ownership. Notably, comparative brands such as Michael Kors or Coach exemplify superior service standards. Despite their gesture of a 20% discount on a subsequent purchase, the irreversible harm to brand trust has been established. Consequently, I am inclined to discontinue patronage of Marc Jacobs, advocating for alternative options offering superior quality at more reasonable price points.

For it to be “luxury” and a name brand, to not have expedited shipping is insane. Spending $300/$400 on items & cant express ship/overnight or even pick up in stores is crazy. That has to be fixed.
Says payment declined but card is charged
Ordered a bag and screen showed an error saying payment declined. But bank confirmed the amount was charged. On suggestion of customer service rep, ordered again via a different credit card and same thing. And then a third time via another card. Finally ordered it via Farfetch and raising chargeback cases on three different cards. What a nightmare
Worst quality purse and wallet I have…
Worst quality purse and wallet I have ever had. Within three weeks of using my argan oil medium tote the clip on the strap broke. It took almost a month of back and forth emails to get then to sent me a replacement strap. It would take them up to a week to answer email and there is not number to call the warranty center. And now 3 months in the snap on my trifold wallet came off. After the bad customer experience I had with the strap I don't even want to bother with the wallet.
