A happy shopping experience
I was afraid of being hit by import fee etc once I recognised they ship from the US, but everything went well, the delivery has been smooth and the customer service replies on line. I have purchased a bag which is great as every Marc Jacobs leather bag. Absolutely sturdy leather which last over the years and it has no issues with the rain.
Low quality purses
Low quality purses, only look good for about a months use. terrible customer service and warranty service
Worst customer service
Received the worst possible customer service ever!! Ordered an item and I never received it. All they did was apologize like that was going to help me at all. Refused to give me a refund or provide a reshipment and had me go back and forth with them and UPS. Wouldn’t ever recommend buying directly from them use 3rd party please. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Poor customer service by Mark Jacobs
Ordered merchandise from Mark Jacobs within a few minutes of placing the order called and canceled the order and had a confirmation of the cancellation. Two weeks pass have not seen the refund call Mark Jacobs again, and find out that merchandise had already been shipped was told by Mark Jacobs, that a request for cancellation does not mean that the order will be canceled, and if they send the product then you’re responsible for it Mark Jacobs has poor customer service, and I will make sure I never do business with them again for the amount they charge for their product they should have a little bit better customer service
Great experience
This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Marc Jacobs website and both times I had a smooth process and delivery was quick (arrived in less than a week). Would order again in a heartbeat. I ordered two bags this time round in the Marcdown (you got the initial marcdown price along with an additional 20% off at checkout) both bags were as described and came with everything stated in the description on the website as well. No issues at all.

Ordered a wallet in the sale on 28/2/24 and was delivered to the UK on 4/3/24. Kept up to date by the courier. Item was in perfect condition with dust bag so very pleased
Refund
Returned a purse and it was received by them on Jan 4, 2924, waited a few days and contacted them as I didn’t see a refund, emailed them several times and was told it could take up to 30 days to review and receive a refund, which I think is absolute BS, ended up having to call them and reportedly my refund has been initiated, DO NOT BUY DIRECT!!! Customer service is horrendous!!

I can’t believe the reviews im reading. I just want ti return a bag back but I am finding it impossible costing me £450 for a bag I want to return is some what impossible. It’s looking like I should keep it. I may have more stress if I do end up hearing back after lots of emails I will be waiting for a refund. Not good at all this is shocking from a well known brand !!!

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. I purchased my daughter the silver mini charm bracelet for Christmas, and it started turning colors within a week. I took it to a jeweler on 1/6/24 to see if something could be done to fix it, and I was told the bracelet was defective. I called MJ 1/6/24 to see if I could get a replacement, but I was told the item was no longer available, so I requested a refund. MJ received the item on 1/10/24 and I’m still waiting for my refund. I was told, like others, it may take up to 30 days to receive, which I don’t understand. I’ve never had to wait 30 days for a refund from any consumer. I’m giving them until next week and I plan on making a complaint with the BBB. I WANT MY MONEY!!! I will NEVER in this lifetime order from them again.
Dissapointed
Ordered a handbag, and it arrived in a pretty good timely manner. Once I opened it up, I realized that it was a bag somebody had bought, returned, and then they shipped to me. It had no protection on any of the hardware no tags attached. Very disappointed for the price I paid. I expect more from a company like Marc Jabobs.
Disappointing Gift
I purchased a handbag for my daughter for Christmas and the shoulder strap was faulty. I have tried to communicate with customer service to no avail. This was an expensive bag and I only needed the strap replaced. Will not recommend or purchase from the company again.

Awful experience, I tried to cancel my order and emailed them a thousand times yet they still ship the freaking order, I will never ever buy anything from marc jacobs again!

Ordered Dec 31. Still waiting. I believe I am getting stalling autogenerated emails. They should not be taking funds from customers until item is shipped like other online vendors. Very disappointing. Item should have been shipped already as it is still listed on their website as available.

I ordered a bag from the Marc Jacobs website on the 28th December 2023. It has been ‘processing’ for ages. It has now been 14 days and it’s still not been sent. I don’t understand what the issue is. I have messaged customer service 5 times and each time I get that stupid ‘CS Bot’ replying to me so not even a real person, just a robot. I am based in the U.K. not the US. Don’t know if anyone has had the same experience but honestly I’m beginning to think the website is not legit, I feel like they have no intentions of sending my order. I have no phone number I can ring tried the US one and it doesn’t ring out on the other end so I am at a loss.
1 day after I’d ordered my bag, I found the same model £106 cheaper in the sale from Flannels departmental store so I actually feel quite sick with it all.
I will never ever order from them again and they really need to add on to their website that ‘you could be waiting forever for your item to ship!!!’
I also don’t think much of the non existent customer service whilst Iooking at the other reviews on here, nobody from Marc Jacobs has even bothered to reply with any apologies!!! Awful!!

I ordered the mini cross bag on dec 17 2023 but never received it!! I keep calling and emailing them but no help at all.. they my ordered was still in the warehouse and was not yet pick up by carrier! Christmas had been pass and tried to call again but they want me to call UPS.. called the UPS and they said they dont have my order yet since its not yet shipped!! Costumer service doesn't really helpful and they give me attitude when i asked them what happen to my order! Im very disappointment because i have been waiting for 2week but never gotten my order!! The website said order b4 dec 18 and you will receive the package before Christmas!! Oh well its a BIG LIE!!!
Still waiting on refund
I ordered a Marc Jacobs purse on November 14, 2023. When I received the purse it looked as if it had been used so I sent it back on December 9, 2023 they received it December 14, 2023. Today is January 7, 2024 and I am still waiting on my refund because they said I have to wait 30 days for it to be processed when it did not take 30 days for them to take the money out of my bank. Every time I call the person says it’s on its way to being processed. Another person said I should have had it between December 24th and December 29th here today is January 7th and still I was told it can take up to 30 days. This is not my first time purchasing Marc Jacobs purses,( which I have never had a problem) but I really think it will be my last time.
