Two orders to buy T-shirts. Very long time to deliver (one month). Two times wrong size delivered, although the right one was available on the site, to order. They game me a discount to order, but they never deliver the right size, and now I have paid for the two deliveries and did not get what I needed. They dont answer anymore! Very bad customer and delivery services.

Don't order anything from them, they will never give you a refund if your not satisfied with the order ,their merchandise is from China ,you could find it on Alibbaba website, for a fraction of the price.!!! ,

I purchased from a US outlet and was guaranteed 100% refund if I didn't like the product. They did not mention that return shipping was almost as much as the product I received. They did not offer free return shipping, but if I had to return to this US company, it would cost less than $10 and it was worth it to give them a try. However, they only accept returns to a Canadian facility so return shipping was $47 on a $50 purchase. Add to that the weeks it took to get the product and this was all round a horrible experience.

I ordered sandals that, once received, I decided I didn't want them. The return policy is very clear. I have 14 days and I'm responsible for shipping fees. Fine! I emailed them according to the instructions and received a reply that offered me a 40% store credit. I rebuked that offer and threatened to use my AmEx to refute the charges. They offered me a 70% store credit or return the sandals to CANADA! The sandals were $50. The postage to return them was $47. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Over 2 weeks since I ordered a small bracelet and still waiting. The courier seems particularly inept saying it is 4 stops away and about to deliver and then nothing except a message 2 days later saying I have to nominate a collection place to collect it. All they can tell me is that is in the UK somewhere. I have had correspondence from head office but they cannot tell me where it is. I think that they are a scam and best avoided.
