Hi Oleskii,
On August 27th, you paid us to file a Statement of Use.
As soon as your payment cleared (within a few minutes), we emailed you an intake form.
We can't file a Statement of Use with just money. We need information that only your business has.
Before your attorney can file a Statement of Use, we need to know:
1. The date you first started selling your goods and services.
2. Examples of advertisements or use of your trademark on your product packaging.
3. A few other bits of information to confirm you filed your application correctly.
We have responded to you multiple times and have attempted to explain to you why we need the above information. To date, you have told us you don't feel comfortable giving us the information, making it impossible to proceed.
We have refunded your money in full as we are unable to proceed with your Statement of Use.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.
