My package hasn't arrived yet
My package hasn't arrived yet. After asking the delivery, I was told that it was too big for delivery to my home address, and I was invited to the post office to pick it up or it would be returned to the sender.

They demonstrated top-notch customer support, effectively handling an unpleasant situation with the parcel and alleviating the anxiety associated with its delayed arrival. Despite the initial setback, the parcel eventually reached its destination. It's worth noting that while the ETA for EU shipments is 3–5 days, it took longer than anticipated. Nevertheless, the overall experience was great eventually.

Was delighted with my bag however the…
Was delighted with my bag however the additional strap which I ordered is a different colour metal connector so it looks a little odd when paired together. I was also really disappointed with the delivery time of 11 days ( order date 19 Jan and delivery date 30 Jan) when your website states 3-5 working days. This was especially disappointing when I had selected UPS at an additional charge.

I still did not received my order
I still did not received my order. I thought that order will be delivered to my address, but no. Yesturday I received message from post office that I should drive to pick up it. To get delivery to my address I should pay additionally. I really hope to get my order until midsummer 2024
