I bought small Darla
I bought small Darla. The logo label in front of the bag will soon get dirty. The small pockets in front of the bag are too small for anything.
Otherwise the bag is Ok.
The order and delivery were just one of the best.

Bad customer service
Update: On Thursday the 6th she contacted me early morning that she was going to contact the head office. But didn't get a reply back that day and the office was closed on Friday. Eventually I received the bag Friday morning with DHL Parcel. The bag is great! But still: customer service is bad in the Netherlands. Another update: I've received a compensation and that is really appreciated. Thank you.
I've ordered a bag this weekend and on Monday I received an email with a link for the tracking. But this link didn't work. So I emailed them and got a reply in Tuesday that there was something wrong with the system (minority), because they couldn't get in as well. I emailed her back that it is not a small hick up, because is still can't get the information. It should be shipped with PostNL, but the link says a different company. Haven't heard anything back today. It's a gift for my mom and I need it. Otherwise I need to find something else at the last moment. It should have been shipped within 1-2 working days. So that was at latest today. Can somebody help me when I will receive my order??
