MCJ is my usual to go shop, whenever I am buying either new or recently discontinued Swarvoski items. Their website is super easy to use, I am quoted & pay in my local currency (so no nasty surprises with exchange rates), and items are usually posted within 24 hours from purchase. Their prices are great as well ! Whenever I have had a question in the past, my emails have always been answered promptly and with kindness - thank you James, Ryan & Adam. Fantastic service all around, I thoroughly recommend this company to purchase from.

My Breitling purchased many many years ago from yourselves finally needed some attention i called in to (M/bro) Mathew examined my watch and explained i needed a new bracelet.He was able to work his magic sorted me one and my watch is as good as new.

Partner saw a watch he loved at the Teesside Park store and due to needing to be stealthy to purchase it for his wedding gift I liaised online with the team. I then picked it up in store (without my partner detecting!) and the team were lovely and helpful as always.
I have used Market Cross for a long time (since my parents bought me a ring there for my 18th many moons ago!). They have always been knowledgeable and supportive if I have needed advice or help with a product!

I recently bought a 19 year old Planet Ocean on-line. The watch is in very good condition for the age and running well. Communication with the on-line team was quick and very helpful, the watch bracelet was resized and the watch dispatched as I had requested.

Great Customer Service at Teeside Park
We recently required a chain repair and ring resizing and took both items to MCJ at Teeside Park. We received excellent service in a timely manner and the results of the repairs carried out were to a high standard and we were delighted.
