Very swift response and delivery of the sample tiles (less than 48 hours in total). Many thanks

Easy to order and delivery was fast

The Marley sample service was very quick and easy to use.
The sample tiles arrived very quickly- unfortunately although they were well packed in protective bubble wrap and substantial boxes both tiles were broken.
However it was still possible to see the appearance and colour match of both tiles for the project which was a great help.

Sample came quickly and is just what we need just need to find someone locally how stock them

Ask for a sample tile, arrived with two working days, packaged to avoid breakage
Great service

Good balance between theory and practical. Instructor was very knowledgable.

Great instructor Kev very informative and helpful.

I ask for two samples on Friday, they were delivered first thing, Monday.

Very good, but there was a problem in the tile compartment of my order which they rectified it as soon as, so I cannot complain at all.. nice one Marley👍🏼

I was very pleased with the service.
Thank you

I'm impressed with the very fast delivery and also the quality of the tiles.

Brilliant , samples arrived within 24 hours, I now know what I need to order when up to that stage in the build

Prompt service and delivery with excellent packaging of tiles.

Exellent customer telephonist; great free prompt sample delivery; site visitors are great and quality of clay tiles are good. We ordered from the local stockist in Rainham 12000 single camber clay ACME mixed Brindle. Thank you Marley

Very prompt, and was expecting just small samples, not whole tiles. The packaging seems way over the top!

Really quick and efficient delivery of tiles

Excellent service samples arrived asap and were well packed

Excellent service with quick response, but 2 things would make it much better...

It is difficult to limit the number of samples to your max allowance, especially as it is difficult to assess them online, it would help massively to be able to select more choice of samples - Noting that when you see them for real, most can be ruled out straightaway, so this ultimately leaves little choice, but perhaps some of the others which had to be rejected due to limited allowance might have been better than expected, but it's too late.
The other thing is that for tiles which have variation of colour, it would be better to have more samples of each type, as a one-off samples are not representative - Note, we have rejected samples like this as not looking right, but the big picture with better representation may have looked more suitable.
It is a big decision as we are expecting to buy 3000 tiles, it is not easy based on limited types of tiles and only one of each type.
Your competitors do provide more samples where they have different shading.
I hope this is helpful.

I'm having my house re-roofed and needed some samples. I asked for 3 different colours, which were delivered vey quickly, just need to order the full amount now.
Perfect.
